A/N: This is a one-shot on titanic...I saw it again recently and my friends were yelling, 'Why is she dropping it into the ocean? That necklace is her only memory!' Well that's partially true. But it also was her form of closure with Jack. And when I came to that revelation I thought of what should happen and this might've been what the movie was portraying that happened at the end when Rose was in a dream and kissed jack on the titanic. But I don't know they didn't dive into a specific one-shot after that. Like I am about to now; By the way I don't own Titanic.

3rd POV:

After bidding good night to her granddaughter she went to sleep; she was still in love with Jack. A part of her always had been devoted to him; even when she married her husband. A part of her heart would always remain Rose Dawson.

Dropping the necklace in the ocean wasn't something she regretted. She finally had her closure with Jack and though she'd get an earful from well just about anyone and everyone; she couldn't care less; she did for Jack. The fragile sleeping woman's breathing was slow and wary-time was wearing on her. Her breath might have been slow but it was relaxing. Her heart throbbed ever since telling her miraculous tale of her personal journey on the RMS Titanic. It hurt to talk about her first love and it definitely tired her heart. Not all tales had happy endings; she had learned that the hard way in 1912. The day took its toll on her and sleep felt great to her.

In her dream she was looking at the monitor of the screen which showed the sunken ship; but she saw it lit up and lined with the expensive wallpaper across each hall. The doors were opened for her and she stepped through breaking into a warm smile seeing her Jack. Rose graciously and slowly walked up the stares kissing her first love.

There was a flash of white and everyone who clapped for their kiss was gone. She was still in Jack Dawson's arms yes, but the Titanic was no longer there. The titanic had been replaced with the sky. She saw on the Earth beneath her, her granddaughter saying goodbye to her with flowers. Rose blew her granddaughter a kiss goodbye and together; hand in hand Jack and Rose walked to their new start in this magical place of beauty: Heaven.

Really short? I know, I know but there wasn't much else to put. Rose died peacefully and ended up with her true love; Jack. So if you could review that'd be awesome I do take criticism. :) Thanks!
