Hey guys. Long time, no see. If you have read my previous fanfics, then you know I suck at updating. I've decided to focus more on one-shots rather than multichapter fics. My other ones are most likely going to be discontinued. This is probably my last svu fic.

Olivia is the color of sunrise, he decides, or maybe she is the ocean; he's not sure. There is something refreshing about her, a new day, a fresh start, never dull. The way her golden hair falls past her shoulders ever so slightly, her warm eyes that show many colors thought the day; sometimes they are deep brown or even black. But other times, they are dancing with bright hues like amber or syrup. Yes, syrup. Smooth, sweet, warm. Like she is. When she isn't looking, he stares at her, memorizing all her lines and curves and movements. Olivia is never still. She is always clicking a pen or swinging her legs or drumming her manicured fingers against the desk.
He notices all these things and stores them in his memory should he ever be without her.
Elliot is orange or maybe the color of a traffic cone during construction. Not quite red, angry loud, aggressive. But not yellow either, happy, positive all the time. He is directly in the middle. Elliot is tall, broad and hard to miss. Kind of like a "Caution! Wet Floor Sign." If you ignore him, you will slip up, or he may just slap you around. Elliot's eyes are blue. Sometimes they display different hues like green or gray, but they are blue. That's the plain and simple truth, and Olivia takes comfort in that. Elliot is a statue; he is strong and solid, but he will eventually crack. Olivia is the glue that holds him together when he shifts or cracks or even crumbles.
Elliot and Olivia are both equal and opposite. They travel together at a constant speed unless an outside force acts upon them and breaks the balance. But they have a lot of inertia, so they are really hard to move or disrupt. Their partnership is an oxymoron.
Delicate and durable.
Smart and oblivious.
Strong and weak.
Love and hate.
Everything and nothing.
No, wait.
Everything and everything.
Ah, that's better.

This is definitely not my best work, but it would mean a lot to me if you would leave a review for me. I love the readers so much, thank you. :)
