Disclaimer: I don't own Vampire Knight unless my name's Matsuri Hino...Nope still not!

(HEADMASTER CROSS'S POV)

"Well your papers are in order, now let me just call my BEAUTIFUL daughter Yuki to give you a tour…" I stated happily spinning around in my chair.

"NO!" A cold voice cut in. "Just give us the map we requested and we'll find our own way."

I stared at the girl, shocked at her coldness. Did I do something to upset her? I wondered. There's no way a girl that pretty could be that cold.

The girl in question was Skye Yagari a tall, teal eyed girl with rich ebony hair and a well endowed chest. She wore a black lace up corset shirt that bared her stomach and whose sleeves rested lightly on darkly tanned upper limbs baring her shoulders. The laces of the shirt were thin metal chains. She also wore black wash jeans draped with thin metal chains from waist to knee. That which were in turn tucked into knee-high high-heeled boots. She wore a black cloth that covered her forearms and was wrapped with silver thread and a thick chain as a belt with the Hunters Association symbol belt buckle. An unadorned crucifix hung around her neck.

Wait a Hunter's Associations symbol? "I apologize for my sister's behavior…" A soft voice interrupted my thoughts. I directed my attention to the rooms' other occupant Sunshine Yagari, Skye's twin, light where her twin was dark she possessed blonde hair. She shared her twins' eye color and fashion sense she wore a cream colored lace up corset shirt and a pair of deep honey colored pants tucked into chestnut brown boots. Tattooed on her forearm was the Hunter's Association's symbol. "… Skye's a bit of a worry-wart so she hasn't slept much the last couple days we've been traveling."

"Oh, that's completely understandable considering your both Hunter's, isn't that right?" Happiness filled me as Sunshine nodded.

"Do you want a cookie or something?" Sarcasm laced Skye's tone.

"Excuse me?" My happy bubble deflating a little.

"I mean whoopee you figured it out after we've been in your office for an hour already. I mean come on how oblivious can you get? Our last names should have clued you in if anything." She cupped her chin in her hand and scrutinized me closely.

"Last names?" I asked confusedly.

She huffed in irritation, "Yagari, as in Toga Yagari, as in the Hunter you call friend?"

I stilled, "Are you related to Toga?"

"He's our uncle and our guardian." Sunshine's said softly.

"He's your WHAT?"

(SKYE'S POV)

BAM! SMACK!

I watched in tired interest as the headmaster shot to his feet and knocked himself out on the shelf above his desk. His body slumped forward and his head landed on his desk.

"Thank God, he finally shut up." Sunshine snapped, "He was irritating me."

"Chill Sunny, be nice we have a job to do and good relations will make it easier." I soothed.

"Alright," she huffed, "I'll play nice, but if he keeps up I'm smacking him."

I chuckled tiredly, "Good girl now check and see if he's alright while I go find Uncle Toga."

I heard her huff again as I trotted out the door. I glanced around tiredly. If I was my uncle where would I be? My eyes slid close and I let my senses wandered. There in the southeast side of the academy. I sighed and wandered down the nearest staircase. I followed the meandering paths following that innate pull I felt in the center of my chest. Its insistent tugging grew stronger as I drew nearer.

Another sigh escaped as I looked around. It wasn't as if the grounds of the academy weren't beautiful it was just hard to admire my surroundings knowing once this job was over I'd be shipped off to another place on another mission.

Sigh. I heard the sounds of arguing.
