"Hey, where do you want these papers?" Katsuya asked Midou as he followed him into the office.
"Put them on my desk," he responded.
"Sure thing, Midou-chan," Katsuya said tauntingly. Midou paused and turned to glare at him angrily.
"What did you say?"
Katsuya shrugged. "I don't know. What did I say?"
"You know what you said!" Midou snapped.
"I take it you don't like me calling you Midou-chan," Katsuya assumed.
"Obviously!"
Katsuya smirked, amused to see Midou flustered and angry, and hugged the older man from behind tightly, causing Midou to blush in embarrassment. "I think it's a cute name."
"Stop joking around and get back to work!" Midou scolded him.
"Can't we take a short break?" Katsuya asked. "I'm sure you want the same."
"I..." Midou stuttered, his cheeks turning even redder than before as if considering it. "No, we can't!" Katsuya gave him an annoyed look at his inefficiency to cooperate and was about to comment about it, but was interrupted when Fujita walked in on them.
"Hey, Midou-san," Fujita said politely.
"What is it?" Midou asked, calming down as he sat in his chair to Katsuya's disappointment.
"Well, I was thinking-"
"Hey, Fujita," Katsuya interrupted him mid sentence.
"Yes?" Fujita responded with a smile.
"Don't you think Midou-chan is a fitting?"
"Saeki!" Midou yelled at him, immediately standing up to glare at him.
"Well?" Katsuya asked again, smirking at Midou.
"I think it's a cute name," Fujita said with an innocent grin.
"Yes," Katsuya said. "I agree. Actually, I think we should call him that from now on." Katsuya gave his lover a taunting look, but Midou stayed silent, not wanting to encourage him. "Unless you have anything different?"
"Midou…" Fujita paused, lost in thought. "Nyan?"
"Fujita!" Midou snapped at him.
"I see…" Katsuya said, pondering over the suggestion. "Yes, I suppose I can see it. I think it's quite fitting."
"Shut UP, Saeki," Midou warned.
"Though I still think Midou-chan is cuter," Katsuya continued.
"Sure," Fujita smiled, obliviously.
"Fujita, stop encouraging him!" Midou snapped.
"Oh… Sorry, Midou-chan- Er- I mean, Midou-san," Fujita corrected himself. Katsuya burst out laughing at the error and Midou blushed at him in embarrassment.
"Fujita, get out!" Midou yelled, causing Fujita to jump in surprise and immediately flee.
"Oh, come on, Midou-chan," Katsuya said, wiping tears from his eyes after Fujita was gone.
"That isn't funny!" Midou continued to shout.
"Sure, sure." Katsuya ceased his laughter and walked over to Midou, hugging him close in his arms. "You're so cute when you're upset though," Katsuya whispered to him softly while petting him on the head.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Midou asked, flustered.
"Can't you tell?" Katsuya asked.
"It isn't like that," Midou said and Katsuya gave him a confused look in response. "I-I'm not upset. I'm fine…"
Katsuya laughed and gently pushed him back against the wall, causing Midou to jump in surprise. "Lies," he said as he pressed his lips against his.
"S-Stop it," Midou stuttered, blushing. "That's unfair…"
"I'm sorry…" Midou stared at Katsuya, shocked to hear him apologize. "I shouldn't have taunted you like that. Can you forgive me?"
Midou suddenly felt weak when hearing Katsuya apologize so sweetly and nodded his head without saying a word. In the end, he just can't stay mad at Katsuya no matter what he does.
