Kurt was laying on a plain white bed at the hospital on Wednesday night waiting for his chemotherapy. I know what your thinking and yes, Kurt Hummel has cancer. Chordoma, to be exact. Chordoma is a rare cancer that's in the spine and the base of the skull. Unfortunately, the survival rate of chordoma is 46% or less. Hurt was deciding whether or not to tell the kids at Glee Club that he has cancer. When he decided he shouldn't, the doctor came in.

"How are you doing?," the doctor asked him worriedly.

"I've been better," Kurt replied with a weak smile.

"I'm going to start now. Are you ready?"

With a slight nod of his head, Kurt braced himself for the needle going through his skin. Fortunately, it didn't take as long this time. Just so you know, chemotherapy doesn't hurt, it's just like getting a shot. However, there are side affects. For example: fatigue, thin hair, nausea, and loss of appetite. Speaking of which, Kurt almost instantly felt tired and he had to sit down again so he didn't faint. The doctor walked out of the room to tell Kurt's father that they were done and he could go home. Kurt almost didn't notice when his dad lifted him off the bed, carried him out to the car, drove him home, and put him on his bed. Kurt's last thought before falling asleep was "Glee Club rehearsal tomorrow!"
