Mokuba knows what people think of his Nii-sama. Rich, proud, arrogant, and handsome are the most common, and he can't deny them because they are so very very true. His Nii-sama is all of that and yet also so much more, so much that no one except he will ever know because he is Nii-sama's younger brother, the only person his Nii-sama loves.
Mokuba always wishes that his parents didn't die, but sometimes, he thinks if they hadn't died, he wouldn't be the only thing his Nii-sama loves, and Mokuba doesn't know how to live without that because he's become so accustomed to it.
Sometimes, his Nii-sama still lets him sleep in the same bed with him, the way they did at the orphanage when they only had each other left after their relatives abandoned them. His Nii-sama tells him that soon, he'll be too old to do this, but Mokuba knows that if he really wants it, his Nii-sama won't refuse him. His Nii-sama has never been able to refuse him.
People know that he's special to his Nii-sama. That's why they came after him, but they don't know that he's completely and utterly loyal to his Nii-sama, and nothing can ever change that for Mokuba because he knows that his Nii-sama will never abandon him, not after he promised that day so long ago to be a father to Mokuba and make sure that he lives happily.
He kept the key safe for his Nii-sama when Pegasus captured him and waited for his Nii-sama to rescue him. Mokuba remembers saying that as long as he has his Nii-sama by him, he will be happy, and he knows that that is true for him. No matter what, Mokuba will always have his Nii-sama by him, and even if he doubts, he knows to open the locket around his neck.
Maybe Noa did trick him, but then, Noa enchanted him and that's different. He didn't betray his Nii-sama of his own free will, and Mokuba never will. His Nii-sama means too much for him to do so because if he loses his Nii-sama, he will have no one left, but more than that, he will have lost himself as well. Without his Nii-sama, there really is no Mokuba.
His Nii-sama always rises earlier than he does, and when he does awaken, Mokuba can always see the impression of his Nii-sama still pressed against the bed sheets. He likes to trace the lines that make up his Nii-sama's imprint and just let his fingers linger over this imitation of his Nii-sama's beautiful, perfect form.
Mokuba knows that he will have the real thing one day.
