It had all begun one dark night in a secluded corridor. Astoria had been drunk - one could only guess why - and Cho had been more than willing.
"Chang, Cho Chang," slurred Astoria, "Fancy meeting you here. I've just had the most terrible night of my life. Help me forget?"
Cho shrugged, backing away from the teetering - and advancing! - Slytherin. "I don't think you really want this. Go back to your boys, now. I'm sure Malfoy or Zabini will be more than willing to help you."
Astoria grinned when she saw that she'd pinned Cho to the wall, the other girl now unable to retreat further. "But that's the whole point of this," she whispered, though Cho was sure the corridors made everything echo and multiply in volume. "I need to see if boys really are better than girls. I don't think they are."
And then her lips touched Cho's. Cho, who wasn't really all that sure about what was happening, let her tongue sweep in. It was short and tasted of alcohol, but Astoria was already looking pleased.
"You're not even trying to get away," said Astoria, looking confused. Paired with her current state, she looked completely lost. Cho resolved to make her just a little bit more confused, and pulled the Slytherin in close.
"Maybe," whispered Cho against Astoria's lips. "Maybe I don't want to get away." She then proceeded to steal all of Astoria's air in one of the deepest kisses Astoria had ever experienced. They were soon joined not only at the lips, but at many other points. Their bodies pushed against each other and hands roamed. Astoria broke away to take in a breath.
Cho took the moment to mentally capture the moment; Astoria's pink, freshly kissed lips looked inviting, and her hair looked like it needed some mussing up. But Cho knew she should get away before Astoria really understood what had just happened. Cho stole one last kiss from the other girl's lips and left, her shoes making loud noises in the wide corridor. She didn't once turn back, though she wondered if Astoria had the same look of pleased surprise that she was most certainly wearing.
