This story will be about Percy and Thalia going to high school, and it is dedicated to Nami Agesawa! Nami inspired me to write about them. Please PMing me about friend groups of PJO and HoO you would like to see! Also, there is adventure and romance in this chapter.

If you find any mistakes, please write the original line, then correct it. This will greatly help me.

In this story, let's say that Percy never got together with Annabeth, but still fell into Tartarus with her out of loyalty and friendship. I might be playing the pronoun game a lot in the beginning this story. Sorry, it's just because of a "secret" that Percy and Thalia hold.

I also think this chapter failed….

This chapter has a lot of seemingly useless stuff.

WARNING! THERE WILL BE SOME OC's IN THIS STORY. IF YOU GET PISSED AT OC's, STOP READING AND DON'T EVER READ THIS STORY AGAIN!

Thalia POV

I have left the Hunt…..

*-* Flashback*-*

"I allow you to leave the Hunt." Artemis said, voice cracking. I couldn't believe I did this, but I did what I had to do. I had to leave the hunt because of a certain boy. I knew that it wasn't Aphrodite's doing, because I would have been driven crazy with lust or something. It was because my heart wouldn't let me.

Ever since I started to like him, I started to change:

~I grew my hair long

~I started to be less of a punk/goth/rock girl, I became more like casual girl you would see walking on the street

~I kept my eyeliner, but made it more natural, and I started to wear light silver eyeshadow

When I couldn't ward off the thoughts about him anymore, I told Lady Artemis. She understood, and gave me her consent. I said a good bye to all the other fellow huntresses, and looking back at the lieutenant's tent, and I left. I suddenly felt the immorality leaving me, however, the strength, ability with a bow, and agility stayed. I left the area, and I felt many pairs of eyes watching me. I left walking slowly. When I was out of eyeshot, I broke into a run.

Bursting into a city, I realized that I was in Manhattan, near the apartment near where he lived. I fished out a piece of paper that had Percy's address. I spotted the building where he lived, and I walked upstairs to the floor he lived on.

I came to an apartment that seemed larger than all of the others.

Maybe this is the floor for the more expensive apartments. I though, and I knocked the door three times. A man opened the door, and behind him, stood Sally as she was humming to herself, making something to eat.

"Hello," I said, a voice that had the barest hint of a tremble, "I am here to see Perseus Jackson."

The man's face changed to a look of surprise, and he called for Percy from over his shoulder. Percy came running, at the same time, trying to fix his hoodie.

"Thalia! What?" he stammered when he reached the door, and Percy beckoned me inside. I stepped in, and Sally looked over.

"Thalia." she greeted, her quilt smile etched on her face.

"Percy, Is Annabeth on Olympus? I heard she wanted to stay single." I asked.

"Annabeth's doing great. Lately, all she has been talking about is the new Hestia hearth. My brain got fried trying to listen to her talk about angles and weight." Percy said, "Also, do you want to go somewhere more private to talk?"

I nodded, and he led me to his room. It was really neat, surprisingly. His desk however, was another story. It looked like his hair, always messy. He has a book opened on his desk. I walked over, and I saw what was on it: math.

"Thalia, what is the real reason that you came?" Percy asked, tugging my arm gently. An electric spark was sent up my arm, and I forced myself to meet his eyes. The sea green eyes pulled at my thoughts.

"Well, the reason," I started, and hesitated.

Should I really plan on lying to him?

No.

"I left because of one person." I said, being vague on purpose.

"Who? Did Pinecone Face finally fallen in love?" he teased, and I blushed. I forced the color down. I punched him on the shoulder, lightly, playfully.

"Ow!" he complained, rubbing his right forearm. I smirked, and Sally then came in.

"Thalia, Percy, there are blue chocolate chip cookies that just came out of the oven." Sally said, and Percy leapt up. I stood up, and Sally suddenly laughed.

"Percy, if you do that again, no chocolate cookies for you that day." Sally sighed, and Percy grinned sheepishly. He dashed out of the room, dragging me along. I almost tripped, and I kept on going. The aroma of fresh cookies wafted through the room, and I remember the day Jason was 2 years old, the day he found Lupa.

"Thalia, take one." Percy said, giving me one. I ate a piece, and this made me feel warm inside.

"I haven't felt peace…." I remember saying to Percy. I had half lied to him.

This is the real truth. I joined the Hunt because of Percy, and I left because of him. I joined as he only had feelings for Annabeth.

I glanced at the raven haired boy, and his eyes were scanning me. I would have normally shuddered slightly, but it's Percy, so….

That was a few hours ago. Percy and I spent the rest of the day talking, exchaging stories.

"Percy, Thalia, it is almost time for bed. Thalia, you can take the pull out bed from the couch." Sally said, reappearing. I nodded, and Percy went to his room. Earlier today, I decided to go with Percy to his high school. Good thing I had monthly lessons with Annabeth, and every month, we would spent hours studying. Errr, it's more like Annabeth teaching me things from the grade I would be in. Good thing that Annabeth is such an extraordinary teacher. I finally finished pulling out the bed, and I settled down, thinking about things that happened. Soon, I drifted off into a peaceful sleep, where I dreamed about….

"Percy!" I called, and he was standing at the edge of the beach. I tackled him, sending us sprawling in the water. In my dream, Poseidon and Zeus allowed Percy and I to go to each other's territories. I laughed, and I pulled myself up. Percy did the same thing, and he held out his hand.

"C'mon! I will show you how to swim." he said, and I took his hand, and I tried to swim.

My dream shifted.

This was when I visited Camp as a normal demigod. I wished this was real, but it was not. I remember singing cheesy campfire songs with Percy and Annabeth. Chiron then dismissed is all, and I stood up. Percy caught my arm, and he led me to the beach, lit very kindly by my former lady. Percy and I then walked along the beach, talking, and I…

I gasped, and I woke up to Percy tickling me. I punched Percy's arm, and sat up.

"Thalia, we better hurry, school starts at 7:45! It also takes around 40 minutes on the bus! Hurry!" Percy called as he went to eat breakfast. I sprang up, dashed to the bathroom, changed, and came out. I ate, thanked Sally, and went outside.

"Thalia, there are a few warnings for school." Percy said, "First of all, there seems to always be a group of girls following me. It usually takes me to talk to another person to get them to leave me alone. When they see me with you, they will get IMMENSELY jealous. I talked to Paul earlier, and he said you can go with me to the same classes."

"Percy, don't you have swim team? I think it's not a good idea that the daughter of the sky in water." I asked, a bit worried.

"Our dads told me something. They let only us off for the days we will be in school." Percy said, and I relaxed. We came outside, just as a bus was arriving.

"Thalia, we better run!" Percy said, and we started to run, even with the weight of the backpack. I had one as well, just one that was borrowed, with notebooks, pencils, pens, refill lead, a map of the school, and a book in Greek.

We made it in, and as soon as Percy stepped in, three girls walked up to him. He made eye contact with me, and once we sat down, we started to converse in Greek. Here is a translation.

Percy: Well, are you excited?

Me: I feel like I want to strangle every girl that tries to take you away. Well, not that way, but you get the idea.

Percy: Just don't electrocute anyone, alright?

Me: Sure. What order is your classes?

Percy: First, I have Study Hall, and Paul told me I could show you around school. Second, I have Math. Third, I have Biology, then it is lunch. After lunch, there is Language Arts with Paul. After that, I have science class. At 6th, I have Greek class. Then after that, I have swim team.

Me: Which is your favorite?

Percy: Greek class, duh.

Me: I thought so, what do you do?

Percy: The normal stuff, reading Greek, learning about the gods. This is the only class that I excel at.

Me: Least?

Percy: Math.

Me: All the variables, things like that, the different equations?

Percy: It makes me feel like a pile of mush.

I started to say something, but then the bus stopped. Already? I looked out the window, and the school came to view. It was a large, whitewashed building.

"Thalia, c'mon!" Percy said, and I followed him. Percy checked his watch.

"Percy, should we hurry?" I asked, Percy shook his head.

"We just have to be in campus, and I need just need to tell the librarian I am showing you around school." Percy answered, and a familiar red-head girl jogged over.

"Rachel!" Percy and I cried, and we rushed at her with a hug. Rachel grinned, and returned our hug.

"What brings you here Rachel?" Percy asked, and Rachel grinned.

"The academy is having summer break. We don't start school until late September." Suddenly, a bell rang, and Percy looked worried.

"Thalia, that is the 5 minute bell, we gotta hurry at this point." Percy said, and Rachel gave us a smile, and left, as we were running. We came in just as the second bell rang.

"Stay here. Be back in a moment." Percy said, and he went to talk to the librarian.

Percy POV

"Mrs. Ginising?" I asked, as I approached the librarian desk. The kind librarian looked up from her book.

"Yes Percy?" she said.

"I have a friend, who is visiting school, and Mr. Blofis said I could show her the school. For that, I need a hall pass. May I get a hall pass?" I asked, and she nodded, pulling out a green pass. She wrote the reason about why I was to be in the hall, and handed it to me. I thanked her, then went back to Thalia.

"Thalia, let's go." I took Thalia around the school.

*-*Flash Forward, I'm too lazy to write all of it*-*

Third Person POV

"Ms. Gular, this is Thalia." Percy introduced, "She speaks Greek as well."

"Nice to meet you Thalia." Ms. Gular said, and the bell rang. Percy sat next to Thalia, making sure she knew everything that went around. Everyone got into their seats, except for one boy who really hated Percy since 7th grade.

"Ohh, Jackson's found himself a girlfriend." he sneered, "And she looks wayyyy out of your league."

Thalia stood up, her blue eyes and silver eyeshadow catching the afternoon sun, glinting like Celestial Bronze would gleam. Percy stood up as well, his sea green eyes hardened.

"Shut up, Sloan. Thalia is a friend." Percy snapped.

"Try me." she challenged, and everyone went Ohhhhhh! Even Ms. Gular sat back, seeing how the new student would act against bullies. Good thing Thalia was stronger than average people.

"Thalia, why not go with me?" Sloan asked, and Thalia got mad.

"I repeat. Try me." she taunted Matt, and then he steamed. He threw a punch that would have broken most people's noses, but Thalia just blocked it with her palm.

"My turn." she smirked, and punched the bully. Sloan was tossed on his back, and the students who were close to where he landed scattered. He glared at Thalia, and then went back to his seat.

"Students, please calm down." Ms. Gular said, and the class quieted.

"I would like to welcome Thalia to our class, even if it is temporary." the teacher said, and applause went around the room.

"First, Thalia, how long have you been speaking Greek?" Ms. Gular said.

"I was born Greek." Thalia answered.

"What do you know about the gods?"

"You wouldn't believe it if I told you."

"Uhh, Thalia?" Percy interrupted, "She's one of us."

"Είμαι η κόρη του ουρανού." I said, and her eyes widened. Ms. Gular smiled nonetheless.

After Thalia spoke the Ancient Language, whispers around the room.

"Fluent."

"…..something about sky"

"Strange power."

"Hush." Ms. Gular ordered, and the class silenced.

"Second, how long have you been speaking?"

"I grew up hearing it when Dad spoke it around Mom. I somehow understood it, and had to translate for Mom. When I left for the Hill, I heard echos in my head, in Greek." Thalia said vaguely, and then the bell rang.

Thalia POV

"Thalia, Percy, please stay behind. I will write you a pass to class." Ms. Gular said, and everyone left.

"What is it Ms. Gular?" Thalia asked.

"Are you The Thalia, as in Thalia's Pine?" she asked, and I nodded.

"You are a demigod as well?" I questioned.

"I am the daughter of Apollo." Ms. Gular said, "I also know about Percy."

"Thalia, we should get going." Percy said, and Ms. Gular wrote us a pass. We hurried out of class, and went over to where Percy had his swim team.

"Yo Percy!" one of the guys yelled. Percy raised his hand, and some girls from the team as well came over.

"Get away from my boyfriend, loser." one of the girls snapped, and laced her arm around Percy.

"Marcilene, for the thousandth time, we are not dating." Percy sighed exasperated.

"But I know that you choose me over the new girl." she simpered, and that really pissed me. Percy shook off Marcilene, and walked over to me.

"I dare you. Try me." I said for the third time today, voice soft, dangerous. I felt like calling down lightning.

"Hmph. At least Percy chooses me over a loser like you." she snapped, and tried to tug Percy away.

"Loser?" I snapped, "What talents do you have?"

"I can swim, speak Greek, and do gymnastics." she said.

"I can shoot a bulls-eye with a bow and arrow every time, I speak both versions of Greek, Ancient and Modern, I can fight using a real sword, swim, and I can throw a spear." I snapped, challenging her few talents.

"Thalia, we should get going." Percy said, and he brought me over to the female captain. We exchanged a few words, and she handed me a swimsuit, and pointed to where the changing room was.

"If you want go get Percy, it will be really easy. Percy seems to really like you, and I think you are thinking the same thing. Those girls can be really annoying, always trying to get Percy to fall for them or something. I personally support you and Percy." she said, and I nodded, and went to change. I walked out to find the girls in one section, and the boy section was already doing lap warm ups.

"Alright girls!" Skyline yelled, and we all clustered around her. I was standing at the edge of the group, near the pool, next to Marcilene. While Skyline was talking about today's warm ups, Marcilene pushed me into the pool. I landed with a splash, and everyone turned to look at me, even the boys. A spout of water picked me up, and the water instantly dried from my swimsuit.

"You know, Marcilene, Percy isn't going to choose you over me." I snapped.

"Back to what I was saying. Here is a review. First, a freestyle 50, IM, and then a butterfly 50, kicks only." Skyline said, and we all headed to the pool, but Skyline pulled me aside.

"I have an idea." Skyline said, "Since Jake is my co-captain, and he is very persuadable, we should have a girl vs boys game of water volleyball. While we do that, you and Percy could get out of the way, and just leave Marcilene confused. Or, another thing is, we could still do the game, with you and Percy being the ref. Either way, we need to rub it in that Percy doesn't need Marcilene. I'm also one of you."

Skyline said it so casually that it seemed like a fact.

"Είμαι η κόρη του ουρανού." I said.

"Daughter of Demeter." she whispered.

I was shocked. HOW MANY UNDERCOVER DEMIGODS ARE IN THIS SCHOOL?! HOW COME I DIDN'T SENSE THEM?!

While Skyline was talking to Jake, I started to form a plan in my head. When will Marcilene ever get the fact that Percy doesn't need her?!

"Thalia, I seriously am started to get annoyed with Marcilene." a voice said, and I turned to see Percy, a highly annoyed expression on his face.

"Percy, I know. You know about Skyline as well?"

"Yeah."

"Has Jake told you the plan?"

"Duh…."

"Percy, how often does Marcilene cheat?"

"She is the dirtiest player you will ever see."

I grinned, and thought of a plan.

"Percy, how about each time we catch a fault, and the cheat was created by Marcilene, you can tell her. That way, her embarrassment will be really funny to see." I said to Percy, and right after I told him the plan, Skyline blew the whistle, and the game started. I patrolled the right half of the pool, where the boys were playing, and Percy was on the left half.

(AN: I have no idea what the rules are, I'm just making them up. If I got them wrong, please PM me, and I will correct it.)

"Marcilene, you are not allowed to hit the ball twice! The boys team gets the ball." Percy called, and Marcilene looked at Percy with the puppy eyed face. Percy ignored it, and I kept on watching the boys team. To my surprise, none of the boys broke the rules.

The cheating of the game was all from Marci: hitting the ball twice, dunking someone, going to the other side of the pool, holding the ball, catching the ball and reserving, etc.

"Alright! The game ends 30-10. Boys win!" Sky reported to the whole team. All the girls gave good sportsmanship, saying good game and well played. Marcilene then marched over the Percy.

"Why did you do that? I thought that you loved me." Marcilene cried. Percy glared at her.

"It's not like that. I have my mind set to another girl." Percy said, giving her a stoic expression.

"Tell me who she is, and I will deal with her. Either way, you are mine!" Marcilene cried.

"You will never know, and you have no chance of reaching her." Percy said bluntly.

"You WILL tell me! I will find out either way, and I will deal with her!" she screeched, and Percy just rolled his eyes.

"You already know her. That's all I am telling you." Percy said honestly. I was shocked.

WTH. DOES PERCY MEAN ME?! I created eye contact with Percy, and he moved his eyes up and down, like a nod.

"THALIA! YOU LOSER, STEALING A PERSON WHO WAS WRAPPED AROUND MY LITTLE FINGER! YOU STOLE HIM FROM ME!" Marcilene yelled, and she tried to punch. I ducked, and judo-flipped her on her back.

"No one," I growled, "Is allowed to think that my best friend is their boyfriend."

Suddenly, the swim team timer rang, signalling the time we had to go shower. Percy just glanced at me and Skyline, and he snapped his fingers. The pool water slunk back, and even our hair was dried. I grinned, and waited just outside the pool area.

Percy POV

Once the bell rang, everyone poured into the halls, and started to go to the exits. Thalia and I headed to the place where we got off the bus in the morning.

"Thalia," I asked, "How do you like our school?"

"Its really fun, though we…"

I knew what Thalia was going to say, and Marcilene came out of nowhere and blocked us. I made a bold move. I glanced at Thalia, and her blue eyes said Do everything you need to do to stop her from bothering us. I grabbed Thalia's hand, and lead her past Marcilene. After that, I could hear her crying and screaming for me to leave Thalia.

I would not.

Third Person POV

While Marcilene was crying and trying to order Percy around, Thalia and Percy just left her standing there, and went back home. They kept a tight but not painful grasp on each other's hands, and their minds were thinking the same thing.

I love you.

So, that is the first chapter of this story! I hope you enjoyed it! Please review! That would greatly support me, and I will see you guys in the next chapter!
