Well, here's one-shot in a while. Plus, it's RaeBb! YAY!!!!! This is the sequel to my other story "She". If you haven't read that, do so before you read this.
Raven was floating in her usual lotus position reading one of her books. Whenever she was reading, she felt like she was in another world. It was like her escape from the world.
Suddenly, there was a romantic scene between the two main characters, which reminded her of what Beast Boy said the other day. It was on her mind ever since then.
Flashback
"I really like you, and I really don't care if you can't love me back." Bb confessed.
End Flashback
'Speaking of which,' Raven thought, 'why isn't he here?' Beast Boy was nowhere in sight.
Raven was so happy ever since he kissed her, she just wouldn't admit it to herself. She even knew how pathetic it was, and needed to sort this out with him.
Starfire was done preparing their dinner. "Where is friend Beast Boy?" she asked, "It is time for thedevouring of the supper."
"I'll get him," Raven offered, "I think I saw where he was going." Raven walked off.
Raven knew where he was. He went there every day since they confessed to her about liking her.
Bb's POV
Beast Boy was sitting on the roof, holding his knees against his chest, watching the sun go down. It was always a beautiful sight to watch the sunset from his bedroom window, but up here he could truly respect its natural splendor. It would be so much better if he could watch it with someone. That someone was Raven, and he knew it all too well.
He knew it must have been around 6:30; that was when the forecasters said the sun would start setting. He sighed, wishing he could be with Raven. Almost as if cued, he heard her voice.
Normal POV
"Beast Boy, dinner," Raven said.
Beast Boy turned around and saw her. "Raven, it's you." She had her hood off.
"No, it's Starfire- of course it's me!" Raven said sarcastically. 'C'mon, now's your chance!' she thought. "Listen, I need to talk to you," she said with a slight stutter.
"Yeah?" Beast Boy stood up.
"About the other day. I dunno, I just-"
"Raven, I do love you, you know that," Beast Boy cut her off.
"I just had to be with you again," Raven ran up to him and pulled him into a passionate kiss. Beast Boy wrapped his arms around her and kissed back. He stroked her silky hair and held her closer when Raven pulled away and said "We ought to get to dinner. C'mon." Beast Boy kissed Raven one last time before they let go of each other.
"Beast Boy, I love you so much."
"I love you too."
That was probably the suckiest sequel I've ever written. Anyways, you gotta review or be killed!!! Okay, you won't be killed, just review it.
