THE STORY OF THE OX THAT SAVED CHINA

Once upon a time in a small village, there lived an ox that was Ti. Ti was a young female ox that was a bit unusual. She had good fighting skills and good survival skills, unlike her mother and the other oxen that depended on humans to care for them.

But one day, Ti felt that she was being called up a quest to help the people of China. "Mother," she said. "I need to go. I have a feeling that the people of China are in trouble. Please let me go to rescue them. I have great fighting skills and I am very smart."

"Yes, Ti, you may go." Her mother gave her a smile, though she was a bit worried. But she knew that her daughter was not a small baby anymore and was mature enough to help others, and she couldn't just let Ti's skills fade away by acting like a helpless cow.

So then, Ti pretended to call the owner.

The owner came to her and patted her on the head, and he opened the gate for her because he thought she just wanted to exercise. But as soon as he owned the gate, she ran like the wind out of the gate. The owner's eyes here huge like the full moon. "Come back!" He called.

Ti didn't respond to her owner. She just kept on running and running. She soon found the villagers, and they were being attacked by monsters! The villagers were very scared and didn't know what to do. Ti had to kill that monster.

"Don't worry," she told the villagers, though they didn't understand her. "I will save your life." She then jumped at the ugly monster and stuck her horn through his throat, but the monster pushed her off. Ti leaped up and bit the monster's arm. The monster yelled in much pain, though he wasn't destroyed yet.

The villagers looked strangely at Ti. They thought she was a calf that was trying to save them, though they thought that the monster would destroy Ti.

Ti knew what she could do.
