A/N: Nice little Valentine's drabble challenge for all of you. I ended up liking it a lot, so...yeah. Nothing you recognize is mine, as per usual.

Seen Everything

"Pansy, calm down." Hermione said soothingly.

"Calm down?" Pansy said hysterically. "I'm about to go in front the Wizengamot for war crimes, Granger, and you want me to do what?!"

"Parkinson, knock it off." Draco growled from across the hall.

"I hope you realize I blame you for all of this." She spat at Draco.

"Pansy, really, it won't be so bad." Neville said encouragingly. "Harry said he'd testify for you, and Hermione and I are both here. We all know you didn't do anything wrong." Pansy deflated. Everyone did when Neville spoke to them - especially Pansy. She was ready and willing to attack anyone who told her to calm down, but attacking Neville was like kicking a puppy - she just didn't have it in her. They hadn't spoken much during the War, even when Pansy had been forced to move out of her house and into an Order safehouse. But Hermione and the rest of the group always counted on Neville to get her to see reason, because she wouldn't listen to anyone else. Neville never quite understood it, but he'd decided to just go with the flow.

"But I -"

"You didn't do anything wrong." Neville pushed. "You just did what you had to do, and you helped us win." Neville heard a snort come from the man behind him, but he ignored it. "They'll see that."

"I'm not so sure..."

"Really, it'll be fine." Hermione urged, putting a comforting hand on Pansy's arm.

Just then, the door to the courtroom opened up and a tall, lanky wizard that didn't look a day over seventeen called out her name. Pansy's eyes widened in fear and she started wringing her hands.

"All right," Hermione said, grabbing her sleeve. "Let's get this over with."

"Where's Potter? Merlin, I knew he was an arse, but to just leave me here? What am I supposed to say to them? What can possibly explain everything?" Hermione tried to interrupt her after every question, but to no avail. She began to tug a little harder on Pansy's sleeve, to just drag her in. That's when Pansy started to take a few steps backwards.

"What if they send me to prison? I can't survive in Azkaban! I can't go there! If I see anybody, they'll...they'll...What if I see your father?" Pansy shrieked, turning to Draco.

"Tell him I said hello?" Draco shrugged nonchalantly.

"Not helping," Hermione growled at him while Pansy continued to back up.

"No, no, guys, I'm sorry. I like the leaving-the-country idea better. I can still go, right? You guys...you guys won't tell, right? I'll go find some nice island in the Mediterranean or something...somewhere that's nice, somewhere --" Just then, Neville put his hands on her shoulders and looked her in the eye. Her questions didn't stop until his lips connected with hers. She squeaked in surprise, but Neville couldn't see her wide, surprised eyes. He just felt her relax, from head to toe. She melted into his arms, and he wrapped himself around her. They only kissed for a short moment before Neville pulled away and just held her for a moment.

"It'll be fine," he whispered in her ear. She didn't respond. When he looked up he saw equal looks of astonishment on Hermione and Draco's faces. He smiled sheepishly and blushed before Hermione tugged on Pansy's sleeve, trying to regain her composure before leading Pansy (who still seemed positively stunned) into the courtroom.

"Silly me," Draco drawled sarcastically, "And here I thought I'd seen everything..."
