As Eliot was walking through the crowded station house he stumbled. Before he could fall flat on his face though someone caught him. He felt his face turn red.
"As if this day wasn't bad enough. I just had to make myself look like an idiot who can't walk two steps without tripping." Eliot thought as he brushed himself off.
"Are you okay?" asked the woman who caught Eliot
"Yeah yeah I'm fine I just tripped" Eliot replied.
Seeing exactly who it was who caught him Eliot turned an even deeper shade of red. He started stuttering like some awkward teenage boy. The woman standing in front of him looked like a model. Her hair was strawberry blonde with a few bleach blonde highlights in it. The woman's green eyes were twinkling with hidden laughter even though her face betrayed no amusement at the situation. Even her clothes looked fresh off the runway, not a single crease was visible.
"Uhm... Hi... Yeah... Hi my name is Eliot... I mean... ugh... Detective Eliot Stabler." Eliot barely managed to stammer out.
"It's nice to meet you Eliot, my name is Cheryl." Cheryl politely responded.
In the meantime the station house continued to be ever increasingly busy. All the noise and colours were very distracting. Even with many things to get distracted by Eliot just couldn't look away from Cheryl. Cheryl looked up at the clock hanging on the wall behind Eliot.
"Oh crap. I have to go. Ummm... Listen I don't have time to talk right now but how about I give you my number and maybe sometime you could call me?" The words speeding out of Cheryl's mouth.
"Yeah! That would be great..." Eliot exclaimed louder than he wanted to.
"Well here's my number." Cheryl handed a card with her name and number on it to Eliot. "I guess I'll talk to you later, goodbye!"
As Cheryl race off to the station house doors Eliot's brain was trying to figure out what just happened. Eliot's mouth fell wide open in shock when he realised he had just got the number of the most beautiful woman in the universe.
"I probably look like a freak right now" and that was his last thought before he fainted.
