Mistake crystal clear.

...

Every love story can be created...even by mistakes.

It could've been a great day for his friend. A wonderful time to remember. But unfortunately his selfish feelings for the best of him.

He made a mistake. His attention mixed with admire and lust has ruined this day. Peedee Fryman has kissed his friend at the party. A boy with brown hair, red shirt with blue pants and with a pink gem. Steven. It was supposed to be a heat of a moment for him...that is forbidden! He just couldn't help it. Even though they're both the same gender, he just...likes it.

"No, no, no! This is wrong!" Peedee thought in panic. "What the heck was I thinking?!"

A night just had to come. A night of a celebration in the town of Beach City. Everyone having fun and dancing, including the gems. Steven asks if Peedee could join him and his friends to the dance floor. Yes, it was a wonderful moment...then a mistake happen. He wasn't thinking straight. His feelings are like an infection that can never be cured. The next thing Peedee knew was that he was lost in a trance before he kiss Steven on the lips!

The warm moment has short lived when it was followed by an awkward sence. Everyone staring. Whispering. It was so embarrassing. Anne the look on Steven's face was just...shock. Not knowing what to do like a coward, Peedee runs off and left the party, not stopping until he reached to his home.

Minutes have passed and he is still alone sitting in an empty kitchen, aka, his workplace. Quiet. Cold. Dark. It was the dead of night. The fry haired boy breathed heavily in panic while his heart keeps beating. What the freaking heck is wrong with him?! It's not right! It's not natural! Steven is his friend, but he kissed him. He felt so guilty that he ruined their friendship big time.

He looked up at the black sky from outside as if he's trying to find answers. What is wrong with the world? What is wrong with him? Does life hate him? He wouldn't dare come back to the party. He doesn't want any more trouble. He knew he can't hide away forever but he just doesn't want anyone to see him, especially not Steven. The guilt would not go away.

The Fryman boy secretly has a crush on him for a couple of months and that he's to shy to admit them. he doesn't know if it's just a phrase or not. He's not an open person and he's afraid to tell his family about his feelings. The poor kid is struggling his sexuality for Pete's sake. He has been hearing most people talking against homosexuality in the past which affected him of what his family will think. "Like a sinful illness that has infected me." Peedee thought miserably.

He hated it. Nobody in this world is perfect and who are we to judge?

Soon, the door open. Could it be his father or his brother? The Fryman boy turned around and gasped at an unexpected guest. "St-Steven...," He stuttered the human gem's name.

"Hey." Steven spoke.

Steven stood before him in the enterance of the kitchen. "Ho-how did you know I be here?"

"Ronaldo told me you'd be here." Steven answered.

There were a couple minutes of silence. The clock was ticking while the drops of water fell from the sink. Peedee was lost for words as he frantically tries to come up with a good apology. A simple 'sorry' can't always change everything. Luckily Steven was the first one to break the silence.

"Uh-look, it's alright. You didn't mean to do it." Steven said.

Peedee looks up. Could this kid be forgiving him? Just like that? He was confused. "You're...not mad?"

Steven shook his head. "No."

The fry haired boy sigh. "Steven I'm...I'm really sorry that I...kissed you. I should've have done that. The truth is that...I like you more than a friend. But I can tell that you don't feel the same." He turned around to the window and closes his eyes in shame.

How foolish! What kind of friend is he. His feelings are an abomination. He reopen his eyes and saw his reflection. His eyes filled with sin and regret. "Damn it!"

Steven then walks up to him and without hesitation, he touches the boy's back. Gently. He then wraps his arms around him. "It's okay. To be honest...I like that."

Peedee was surprised. He still stood there in place but he was surprised. Did Steven like him back? Then he felt something warm on his neck. It felt wet, tickly, and tender. He looked down and to his surprise, Steven connected his lips on Peedee's neck.

The fry haired boy's cheeks blush pink. Steven's kisses are filled with passion and insecure. He love it. A small smile crept on the boy's face and he turns around to the human gem. Both boys stare at each other until their faces lean in. And they did it again.

Their lips are connected with one another with love, lust, and also forgiveness. Steven does love Peedee after all. This could be like a start of a new chapter. Maybe life doesn't hate him after all.

The End!

Okay, I hope you readers enjoy that. It was a shot that came to me but I decided to make it appropriate. Sorry that I had to make it short anyway. Well, I hope you all take care and have a good night. Stay fresh!
