Hey everyone. This story was brought to you by The Insane Prompt Challenge on Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. I wrote for prompt 712 which was the fandom prompt of Riverdale. I hope you all enjoy. Seeker of Truth.

The town of Riverdale, a town with pep, or so they say, there lived a family. A family that was strong in magic and had just moved to the town. The Potters had moved to Riverdale because Harry Potter, the famous one, had gotten a job as an Auror a town over in Greendale. The Potters however choose to live in Riverdale. It was a much brighter place in their minds.

CRUNCH! A twig snapped under someone's foot in the woods off to Ablus Severus's left. Tucking his notebook that he used as both a journal and a form of writing his story down into his backpack he listened to see if the footsteps got closer to where he was.

"Are you sure you want to do this JJ?" asks a female voice from the vast woods around the river.

"I have to, Cheryl," came a male voice.

They continue to talk as they walk towards the river. Intrigued Ablus decided he'd follow at a distance. He wanted to know what these two were up to. They dressed so fancy that he doubted they should really be out here. Once he reached the clearing he ducked behind a tree so as not to draw attention to himself.

What happened next surprised Ablus the most. The boy pushed row boat that the girl had gotten into into the river. Jumping in once they far enough out the two began to row across the river. Albus hadn't been going to school at Rvierdale High long enough but everyone knew about the Blossom twins. Cheryl and Jason. So upon seeing this duo clearly he knew that was who he was following. Apparating to a clearing on the other side of the river he continued to follow the Blossoms.

A popping sound came from out of nowhere making Cheryl Blossom jump a bit. "Did you hear that, JJ?" she asked her brother. She looked around trying to catch a glimpse of what or who had made that sound.

"It's just your imagination, Cheryl," Jason told her as they rowed to the middle of the river. "You remember how we planned this. Right?"

"Of course, JJ."

#############################################################################################

Albus doesn't know how it happens but once the Blossoms reached the middle of the river they jumped out of their row boat. The boat overturned, of course. Albus watched as the siblings swam to the side of the river he was now on.

"You'll tell Polly where I am?" Jason asked looking into Cheryl's eyes. "Right, Cheryl?"

"I promised," Cheryl retorted, "didn't I?"

"Of course. But you have to make sure that father and mother can't find us. Can you do that?"

He watches as Cheryl nods and the siblings part way. Albus follows Jason not knowing what this boy was planning on doing. Another telltale crack of a twig tells Albus he isn't the only one following Jason Blossom. Someone else is following the boy and Albus is getting a sense of mounting dread that this follower is up to no good.

He wouldn't know that at some later time it would be said that Jason Blossom had drowned when that row boat over turned. He wouldn't know that later that very day Jason's father would kill him in cold blood in the basement of the White Wrym. But what Albus Severus Potter did know was that someone kidnapped Jason Blossom in those woods on the other side of Sweetwater River and he needed to find out why.

I hope you all enjoyed the first chapter of Seeker of Truth.
