Lestrade enters 221B and walks up the stars briskly. He nods his head at Mrs. Hudson who is giving some tea to Joan Watson, who was sitting in a chair and looking a bit under the weather. Lestrade & Joan give each other awkward glances. Lestrade quickly turns his attention to Sherlock. " Grisly murder at Regent's Park, will you come?"

Sherlock nodded and turned to his friend. " Are you coming?" He looked back at Lestrade accusingly. " She hasn't felt well lately. Can't hold anything down."

Joan forced herself up. " I'm fine. Probably just a virus. I see the doctor tomorrow anyway." She avoids looking at Lestrade. " Give me a minute and I'll be ready." She heads off to the loo.

All of a sudden they hear her yell "Yes!" She comes out of the room bouncing. " False alarm, yes!"

Mrs. Hudson loos over at Sherlock & Lestrade for answers and sees Lestrade sigh in relief or sadness, she's not quite sure.

Sherlock looks at Mrs. Hudson. " Her period finally came and she's happy since that means Lestrade didn't impregnate her when they shagged last month."

All of them stare at Sherlock in shock.

" Like I wouldn't know, I am me after all." Sherlock says smugly.
