Percabeth:
It was the day that Ms. Morgan had been dreading. It was time for her to meet her students parents. It wasn't usually bad, but her class this year was terrible. There was a little boy who was always pulling pranks on all of the other children and she was not excited to meet his parents.
A tall guy with mess black hair and sea green eyes knocks on the classroom door. She opens the door, inviting him in. He looked almost awkward, like something was missing.
"What's your name sir?" she asks him.
"Oh, yeah. Right." he says rubbing the back of his neck. He's really nervous. His eyes are analyzing the room.
"I'm Percy Jackson." he says holding out his hand. She shakes his hand before they sit, him at a desk, and her at a messy table. She can tell whose father he is by looking at the eyes. A blonde woman with curly hair walks in swiftly with a 5 year old girl on her hip.
"I'm sorry I'm late." the woman says to the teacher. Percy relaxes knowing that his family got here safely.
"I'm Annabeth Jackson." The blonde says to the teacher.
"Thank you two for coming." Ms. Morgan starts.
"So, has Chelsey done anything unusual?" Annabeth asks right of the bat. The teacher looks at her confused.
"No, in fact, she is one of the most behaved kids I've taught. She pays attention and listens well." the teacher responds. The couple look at each other like they were expecting another answer.
"Really? No signs of anything being wrong?" Percy asks. Ms. Morgan shakes her head at them.
"Besides the fact she is ADHD, ADD, and dyslexic, there is nothing unusual. She is very interested in water and building might I add." is her response. A smile forms on Annabeth's lips.
"In fact, despite her learning disabilities, she is working way above her grade level. It's actually quite impressive." Ms. Morgan adds looking at the little blonde girl who was sitting in the lap of Percy. The little girl smiles at her teacher. The teacher smiles back.
"I have only had one instance that raised some eyebrows, but it had nothing to do with her. There was a water surge and a boy named Dean got drenched. It was something wrong with the pipes." the teacher says. Percy tries to not laugh as the woman tells the story. Annabeth smacks his shoulder.
"You two have a wonderful daughter." Ms. Morgan says ending the meeting.
"At least she behaves like me instead of you." Annabeth says to Percy. Percy pouts.
"Annie, I don't behave that bad." Percy says getting up. He picks up the little girl puts her on his side.
"Bye Ms. Morgan!" the small girl says as the small family leaves. Ms. Morgan smiles to herself. As a daughter of Apollo, she knows you don't see many demigod families. This one was by far the greatest.
