For Blood and Love

A Unique poem through the eyes of

Artemis Entrari and Drizzt Do'Urden

(original)

From the bowels to the light,

From Mother to Friends,

Finally can love,

Finally is Free.

From the streets to shadows,

From kid to killer,

Stealer of life,

Kills for fun.

Inter weaving blades,

The dance of death,

Slash here, parry there,

Hatred burns in both,

Peace to the winner.

One is fighting to defend those he loves,

The other to be the best,

The scimitars ring out in the truth of life,

Dagger and sword ring out in hatred for the Scimitar.

Hatred for the Scimitars friends,

Hatred for the Scimitars life

Hatred for the Scimitars love.

One, an empty shell, an emotion-less killer,

The other, A figure of life, fighting for those good,

One kills as a profession,

The other to bane evil.

Only in the others death will the turmoil end,

One to be the best, the other to love,

One loves death, the other the sun.

Artimis and Drizzt are at it again…

(re-mix)

One watches the sun,

The other loves blood,

One loves life,

The other death.

One fights for purity and good,

The other in hatred.

Blades intertwine,

Scimitar, dagger and saber,

The scimitars clash in a pure note for love,

The scimitars clash in a pure note for justice,

The scimitars clash in a pure note for Friends.

The scimitars clash against the dagger and saber.

The dagger and saber clash in a note of anger,

The dagger and saber clash in a note of hatred,

Hating the love the scimitars have,

Hating the trust of the scimitars.

The four blades clash in a dance of death in life.

One fights for justice,

The other for supremacy,

One loves death,

The other the sun.
