Liu Bei and Shu
(For my people)
By Cao Cao Chan
When I look over the view
Of the wondrous Shu
I can't help but sigh
As I think of who's died
My people, my generals, my friends and loved ones
Left to the ground through petty "Fun"
Yes to some war is fun
But to me it's nothing so dumb
To me war is bloody and painful and cold
That leaves its affects even when you are old
Yes I may be fighting
Yes I may be in war
But for my people who I've always adored
I would gladly raise a shield and sword
For my people!
The battlefield is dark
Not a song from a lark
Everything is hushed
I feel the wind brush
Suddenly I see them, the enemy, the fiends
And suddenly I yell "FOR THE PEOPLES DREAMS!!"
My army cheers me along as I speed over the land
To enter a battle, to be won by my hand
For my people!
As I look over the land
I feel somewhat sad
The thought of my people brings me hope
A deep feeling –strong as a rope—
I smile to their faces then raise my sword high
"FOR YOU MY PEOPLE I WOULD WILLINGLY DIE!"
then with no more words I charge forward to fight
knowing that everything will be alright
The End
Well that's just a lil' Liu Bei POV, how was it? I think it went pretty well ^.^ But review and let me know, I'll do a Cao Cao one, if this goes down well!
