Of course, I don't own twilight, nor do I own Dracula )
About the story:
Plot (and sometimes writing style) loosely based on Bram Stoker's Dracula, characters (i.e Bella and Edward) from Twilight.
Forewords
It was too dark to see anything but the shadowy outline of tall man. Like a statue, he stood and I thought I could see him lift his finger, beckoning me towards him.
"Hello Isabella Swan"
I gasped. His voice was haunting, but beautiful.
Don't call me that!..Call me Bella..
A sudden chilly breeze grasped my throat, preventing me to voice my thoughts out loud. I pulled my jacket tighter around my body.
He spoke again.
"Welcome Bella. I'm Edward Cullen, pl-"
He was interrupted by a loud, strong wind that shook the trees, making me lose my balance. I was falling, not that I was surprised- I was too clumsy for my own good, bruises almost on every area of my body.
But this time, the ground never met my body. From the corner of my eye, I saw him move impulsively forward, and in an instant, his hands grabbed both my arms with a strength that made me wince, an effect that was no lessened by the fact that his hands felt as cold as ice, more freezing than any wind I had experienced during my journey to this…Place.
The force at which he caught me brought me abruptly towards his chest, I was pretty sure I'd hit it quite hard, but he didn't move an inch- I was positive there will be a bruise on my forehead later..it was like smashing into a wall-a very cold wall indeed.
He leaned towards to my ear.
"You better come in, the weather won't get any warmer out here"
He chuckled and I looked up, I still couldn't see his face clearly. My arms were getting numb, and it was definitely not because of the weather.
As if understanding my thoughts, he finally let go of his hands and instead took my luggage. He had carried it in before I could say anything.
I sighed. This stay had better be worth my while.
