(Author's Note: Written as a sequel to the original Flag Problems. I kind of forgot about Canada until halfway through the first, so I kind of played the "They forgot about him again" card. Since Canada is an Allied Power, however, I decided to cook this up.

I'm not used to writing China or Canada, so this won't be my best piece of work.

Disclaimer (I keep forgeting to do these...): I do not own Hetalia.)

"I can't believe this, aru!" China fumed, sitting down in his seat at the meeting table. "How could he do this to me, aru? Now I'm all alone!"

"What's the matter, China?"

China stiffened, looking around everywhere. He could have sworn he was alone… Was there a spirit lingering in the room…?

"Aiyah! Gh-ghost! The meeting room is haunted, aru!"

"Um… I-It's me, Canada…," the quiet nation corrected, shifting his polar bear in his arms.

China looked directly at him, visibly relaxing as he finally spotted the North American nation. "Oh. It's you, Canada. I didn't see you, aru."

Canada decided not to follow that up with "no one ever does". Instead, he repeated his question. "What's the matter?"

China sighed, slumping down in his seat. "Russia, aru. The stupid jerk went and changed his flag, so now I'm all alone, aru!"

"What do you mean?"

China gestured around the room, where all the current flags of the nations hung proudly on the walls, including Russia's new one. "My flag colors are red and yellow, aru. Russia's colors used to be that, but then he changed his flag to red, white, and blue, like the rest of the Allies, aru. Now I'm the only former Allied Power that doesn't have red, white, and blue in their flag, aru!"

China plopped his head down on the table, sobbing. Canada stared blankly at him for a few moments, blinking.

"Um, if it helps… I only have red and white in my flag. No blue. And I was an Allied Power, too…"

China's head snapped back up. He turned sharply to stare at the Canadian, eyes wide. "Wh-what?"

Canada gestured to the wall, where his maple leaf flag hung. "See? No blue."

China looked at it, eyes growing wider. He was right; not an ounce of blue was on Canada's flag. And he had been an Allied Power, even if they forgot him every five seconds.

Screaming joyously, China turned and latched his arms around the other nation, startling him. "You're right, aru! I'm not alone, aru!"

Canada patted the Asian nation, smiling a tad uncomfortably. "Y-Yeah…"

China finally let go, grinning brightly at him. "This is great, aru! Say, want to go to my place to eat after the meeting, aru?"

"S-Sure. That'd be nice," Canada agreed, smiling. "America and England forgot about me again, so I don't have any plans."

"Great! See you then, aru!"

As China turned and started happily flipping through his papers, Canada settled back in his chair, sighing quietly.

Of course, he had neglected to point out that China was the only Allied Power not to have some sort of stripes in his flag.

…But China really didn't need to know that.
