Hey guys! I know it's been a long while since I last wrote anything, but I recently played SRTT and I fell in love with a certain character. Here's my contribution to a character that doesn't get much love.
Malcolm Shepard sat in the black and red meeting room in Morningstar Tower while listening to businessman and leader of the Morningstar Phillipe Loren. The two middle-aged men had been at it back and forth for a while now, conducting business on forming an alliance between Loren's Morningstar and Shepard's Falcons. While the Falcons weren't as well-known or as large as the Morningstar, they were just as prestigious, only accepting the best that the world could offer in manpower, weaponry, and vehicles.
Along with Malcolm as the head of the Falcons were his twin children, Avery and Aiden Shepard. Avery, the daughter, invented, constructed, and handled all things weapons, from guns to rocket launchers to baseballs to powerfists. Aiden, the son, worked and processed the specialty vehicles needed and used throughout Steelport by the Falcons. While each of course had help with their respective positions in the gang, both had side hobbies, like all young adults do. Avery often performed music on her cello with some of her weapon manufacturers, forming a symphony throughout the base at times and Aiden often sparred with his fellow gang members in MMA fighting styles.
The meeting was drawing to a close with positive vibes coming from both men. A deal had finally been made between the two gangs, with the Falcons giving 45% of their earnings to Morningstar and lending their weapons and vehicles expertise while Morningstar provided the Falcons with power and space to grow. The two shook hands and Malcolm was escorted out of the tower.
Coming out of the elevator and into the busy parking garage, Malcolm looked for the brown sedan he would drive to be inconspicuous to the outside world. Getting in, he dialed on his smartphone his children to let them know the good news and the upcoming meeting between the Morningstar's heads of gangs and the Falcon's heads. Dialing both into a group call, knowing that the twins were hard at their own work, Aiden picked up first, with Avery forming a close second.
"Hey dad! How'd your meeting go with the Morningstar?" Avery asked, while Aiden chimed in with a "Please tell me it went well so I can meet Killbane in the flesh." Malcolm chuckled to himself and affirmed that the meeting went well and the alliance had been formed, adding "In a week we have a meeting with not only Loren, but the DeWynter sisters, Killbane, and Matt Miller."
The twins agreed and gave their respective congratulations to their father about his successful meeting. With a "I'll be home soon", Malcolm hung up on his children, driving his way through the bustling city of Steelport, on his way to the base of the Falcons base.
Business was going good.
