This is my first attempt at a tragedy and stuff, so it might be horrible. This is right after when future Tsuna is gunned down.
Well, I do not own Katekyo Hitman Reborn! Also, I hope you like this story!!!
Okay, here I go!
The Vongola Base was silent.
Everyone there was waiting for Yamamoto to return, so they could tell him the news.
The horrible news.
That made the base so strangely silent.
What happened that day was something that...
How should I put this?
Was it unexpected?
Was it a dream?
Was it simply something that was just a funny prank?
Sadly, it was all true.
"Ah, Vongola Tenth." Byakuran smiled eerily at Tsuna.
He frowned at Byakuran. "So, about this treaty..."
"Oh, all in due time, my friend." Byakuran's smile grew bigger.
"What are you planning Byakuran?"
He chuckled. "Tsunayoshi Sawada" Uh oh. "It was a mistake coming here alone and unarmed."
Out of nowhere, soldiers with guns appeared. Tsuna gritted his teeth.
"Mark my words, Byakuran. This won't be the last you see of me."
"Haha! A dead man speaking! Let's change that, shall we?"
The Millefiori soldiers raisde their guns
Tsuna smiled quite eeirly.
"Well, look who's talking"
The soldiers fired.
"Hey guys! Why so gloomy? Is this and endurance contest?"
Yamamoto was his old cheerful, childish self.
If only he knew.
"You idiot... The Tenth is dead." Gokudera whispered hoarsely.
"Ahaha!!! You are so good at telling jokes, Goku-kun!!!"
Gokudera twitched.
"THIS IS NO JOKE YOU IDIOT!!! THE TENTH WAS GUNNED DOWN BY THE MILLEFIORI!!!"
Yamamoto flinched at the sudden change in tone.
"THE DAMNED SOLDIERS HUNG HIS BODY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SHOPPING DISTRICT! HOW IS THAT A JOKE?!?"
Yamamoto's smile finally dropped.
"Ah ha..." He gave a weak laugh. "That can't be true..."
"Tsuna can't die, he's to nice... That can't be true..."
Gokudera sighed. "Well baseball idiot, it is."
Tears started spillin out of Yamamoto's eyes as he tried to smile.
"W-w-well, Tsuna wouldn't want us to m-m-mourne for even a day. H-h-he'd want us to do something a-about it."
Yamamoto walked out of the room.
Still crying.
Still smiling.
At the funeral, it was raining.
It seemed that even the sky was mourning.
Kyoko was sobbing against Ryohei.
Haru was sobbing against Bianchi.
Chrome was staying strong, although she was crying in her mind.
Hibari's face wore the same frown as always.
Ryohei was frowning. "Not funny... Not funny to the extreme. Not funny at all."
Yamamoto was smiling weakly.
Gokudera was wearing his trademark scowl.
Lambo was crying and muttering. "P-p-preseverance... Must... Stay... Calm."
Tsuna was lying in his coffin, dressed in white, looking peaceful.
If you saw him, you'd thought he was just a person taking a nap.
The coffin was lowered into the ground.
Fresh rounds of crying broke out.
But they will continue on.
For the will of the Sky lives in them all.
OMG... That last sentence was so cliche... Please don't hate me for that! Please tell me what you think, so review, review, review!
