"AAAALLLLUUUUUUCAAARD!"
A deafening yell was heard all throughout the castle,
Integra. Was. pissed.
She had been doing laundry, something uncommon but necessary seeing as most of her staff where dead. A load of white clothes-- shirts, lingerie, and her best party dress had been part of the load coming out of the dryer now, all a rather feminine color of pink.
The culprit? Alucard's hat (Now a slightly lighter shade of wine) was in the load. Sure, she hadn't done laundry too often but geeze, this?
"Yes, master?" Alucard said, phasing through the nearby wall.
"Alucard, what is your hat doing in with my clothes?" Integra questioned, rather annoyed.
"Ah, I've been looking for that." He said with a smirk, "I thought that it needed washing, so I slid it in with your clothes. You don't mind?"
"Damn straight I mind, I needed to wear this dress tonight," she said, picking up the blush pink gown, "There's a party tonight that I must attend, the queen's birthday, and now I have to wear a pink dress instead of a white one."
"My apologies, Master." Alucard said with a bow, "I did not think that you would mind as much as you do."
"Yeah? Well, you can do your own damn laundry from now on," she said and started off. Ah well, better try it on and see if it shrunk too she thought to herself bitterly.
Alucard came up the stairs from outside, wasn't he just in the laundry room with her? Never mind, this was Alucard. He came up the stairs… with flowers.
"My apologies," he said again and bowed in front of Integra, offering the flowers, "I did not realize that you needed that gown, or that the color would run, I'm sorry."
Integra was smitten, flowers and an official apology from Alucard? Well, she was still holding his hat hostage; he wouldn't see it for quite a while.
"I suppose it's not such a big loss, but I need to try it on to see if it's wearable."
"… Can I watch?"
"No."
"Pretty please?"
"…"
