It's all over. It won't sink in.

Hermione's head is overwhelmed with feelings. She's happy, of course, ecstatic that she doesn't have to worry anymore: Harry's survived; she has Ron; the trio's alive, together.

But others haven't made it. Remus and Tonks are leaving their newborn baby, never getting their happy ending. Colin Creevey, who Hermione still thinks of as that eager first-year, dead before his life has even really begun. Lavender, if she even recovers, has to see the scars every day and remember.

What's Hermione supposed to feel? In the midst of destruction, it's hard to feel triumphant.

A/N: For the Diversity Competition. Wow that was difficult. It had to be exactly 100 words! Thanks to Vicky/incandescent dreams for the advice on getting the word count down!
