He watched over this world that was surrounding him that his life essence filled and was used by the planet to create life. He passed the time watching and waiting for the time when he could rise again.
He stared over the little magicals, they were his personal creations the ones he had the most influence over, or at least most of them he did, that damned brother of his managed even in his slumber to corrode some of them to light, and order, and good just like the humans.
Still at least he had a few servants, but alas his main servant was a foolish man who thought himself to be his Champion. He was not. He was only a powerful man with a bit more of his power than most.
It was a shame he had let his arrogance blind him and had been incapacitated due to attacking his future champion. Although it wasn't as if his servant knew that. But he would learn one day and he will bow to the power of his True Champion.
No, his champion was still not ready, almost... it would be soon. He chuckled sending reverberations through the planet a couple what the humans described as natural disasters happening.
He watched as the soon to be champion waved goodbye to his friends… He glared hating the fact that the light ones had corrupted his champion to their ways, but it was no matter he had time. And once his Champion started his transformation he would be able to start working on that problem.
He watched in satisfaction. It was nearly time.
His Champion would soon begin the transformation.
He would rise once more.
His brother couldn't do anything to stop him this time.
