A light breeze which embraced me. Cold and warm at the same tome.
It had just stopped to rain. The clouds marched off. The sky cleared up. I sat on a cold stone. Since hours. My expression was empty and unemotional. No expression. Nothing. Somewhere in the fields. Only and secluded.
Again a light breeze. With it a wonderful voice. A light, clear voice. She seemed very much famously to me. But how could it be?
"The spangled night is very nice, isn't it?", she asked.
Briefly I stared upwards, then to the ground. I clenched my hand to a fist. No, it's a dream. You're mad. You need to sleep.
I got up and wanted to go, however, she held on me.
"It seems so far. It seems so infinite. And it has so many stars. Infinity...", she murmured.
I closed tight my eyes. I trembled. Now all feelings went through.
"Hold my hands.", she quietly whispered.
So I turned round to her. There was not her. All that was not real.
I felt something chill on my face and something my hand softly touched. Her small hands.
My eyes hit and I directly saw into her eyes. In her big, brown roe deer eyes. In her pale face. Their hair blew in the wind. Easily.
We held our hands. Quite firmly. I didn't want to let her go.
We went a little bit. The field was big and wide.
She smiled. She seemed so happy and contented. Quickly I looked away.
"Please no troubles. I am with you.", she explained and we stopped.
"I should give myself no troubles? What do you say? What is wrong here? Why...", I stammered and looked at her again. It hurt.
"Psch.", she said.
Again she smiled. Nevertheless, this time the smile seemed different. A little more depressed.
"Please, trust me."
I think that I have to trust her, or not. I was so messy. I had so many thoughts and so many questions. However, I said nothing at least.
On the field I saw corn roses. Nice red flowers. A nice contrast by the night which would disappear very soon. I picked one and put them into her.
Again she took my hand.
"Simply trust me. I know, it is difficult. But...", she interrupted.
We were quiet.
We were holding hands.
Minutes passed by.
It slowly caught in to dawn. The sky was dipped in many colours. A nice sight.
"We are... like stars. There are so many. Everybody is unique. Until they go out sometime.", she explained. And looked into the sky.
"It... is time.", she stuttered. "I love you and..."
I pulled her to myself. I kissed her.
It was quiet.
Until she was taken by a breath of the wind.
Again I was alone and looked into the distance.
Love can detain nothing and nobody. Love can never cut throgh. Love is eternity.
