Lucy Feildings' POV

Today was an ordinary day. Got upafter my brother went to work, had mushyCheerios, and missed the bus. Yep. Same ole, same ole. I ran to school. O course! TODAY it just HAD to rain, didn't it? I got to school on time though. Fortunately. Got beat up again like usual by the bullies, but today I didn't mind so much. I don't know why, though. Got ignored, like always, but I just got through my work. Came home, tried o hide myscratches and bruises, went to dinner with my brother, and watche some TV after my homework. "So how was your school today, kid?" he asked. I mumbled somethingabout being tired, and wanting to go to bed. He looked concerned, but didn't sayanything. Unbeknownst to him, I smiled on my way up,a thinking how close we were. Ou see, our parents died when I was to young to remember, and when josh, my brother, was 18. He raised me, and is now 33 and a half. I love my big brother, and outside of school and work, we do everything together. Once I got to my room, I picked up The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardeobe. My FAVEORITE book, even though I am fifteen. I read it all the way througthough willed myself to be in Narnia. Nothing happened. "what happened during the Golden Age, I wonder." I thought aloud. I didnt know I would get my answer very soon.
