Battle of Thermopylae
Men can try but don't
Men always run
Never to be shunned
Train there life
All that for grief, death, and strife
To save one man
And thought they can
Till the immortals came
They knew they weren't the same
The spears came out
Without the doubt
Bout the battle
And the distant rattle
Next came the shield
Easily made and light to wield
Death they gave
Each out of there homes enclave
Knowing that never again
Will they make a stand
Clang, bang knowing no shame
20,000 fell
For them life stopped ringing its bell
My Queen he yelled
Leonidas stood straight and tall
Knowing it was time for his fall
