Yay my first Naruto fic. Okay its short, but thats okay because it's a one shot, I'm so sorry if I have made this OOC and if I have I give you full permission to yell at me, and if you do that I vow that I will then yell at myself, and tell myself thats naughty and not to do it again!!! Hehe I'm doing the babbling thing again, I get caught doing that all the time, I'm told that it's quite annoying, and you're probably sitting there reading this, if you didn't continue onto the story already, and thinking what the hell is she going on about and why the hell won't she shut up? Okay that's enough from me, I don't want to hurt your eyes so ENJOY THE FIC!!!!!

I DO NOT OWN NARUTO.

Trust me

Here you sit, staring at your empty room. It resembled your life so well, empty, lonely and fragile. Did no one in this large world see you through love filled eyes?

A picture of him sprang to your mind. His silver hair flopping to one side, his right eye the only visible feature on his face. You heard his voice, always calm, reassuring in a way. You felt his dynamic touch, the touch that made your skin quiver and warm.

What was this feeling? How was it, that in his presence you felt that you were loved, special and never alone? Why did he make you say the things you say? How did he make you want to smile, every time you saw him?

The world was a hard place, cold to all, looking out for only itself. Was this how it felt to cling to survival? Was this the path needed to take, just to stay alive?

CREAK!!

You nearly jump through the roof at the sound of your door opening. You whip around, only to see a dark figure blocking your only route of escape. You let out a breath you hadn't known you were holding, a smile coming to your lips.

"I thought I'd find you here." The figure walked over lazily, and sat beside you on the floor "You know that if you socialised, instead of hermiting yourself, you wouldn't feel so lonely, you're not unlikeable."

You turned to face him, was he a mind reader? "I don't know the first thing about talking to people! When I do they always thing that I'm strange." You felt a pout tug at your lips, but refused to let it make its mark on your face. Kakashi layed is hand over yours, squeezing slightly.

"Trust me." Two simple words flowed from his mouth, they were not much, but they made your heart skip a beat, he was asking you to trust him, something that only friends or more do, not acquaintances.

"I was once told by a very wise man, never to trust anyone who says trust me." You remembered the conversation you and Kakashi had a while back, you were using his own words against him a fact that he seemed well aware of.

"That must mean I need to teach you to trust me." His lipes captured yours before you could even blink or see him pull off his mask, so fast were his movements, surprising you with his speed.

You wound your arms around his neck as he pulled you closer, deepening the kiss. Your eyes fluttered closed, and you felt your grip on your sense of time, reality and rationality falter. Kakashi drew back, his mask back in place, his hand cupping your cheek as he looked into your eyes.

"Now do you trust me? Or do I have to give a couple more lessons and do some more teaching?"

THE END!
