"Ronald Weasley, get your butt down here right down before you get
grounded!" Ron sighed and marched down the crickity old stairs and shuffled
into the kitchen.
"What do you need mother?" He mumbled. It was the day before the 7th year at Hogwarts and he was becoming anxious and cranky waiting for his best friend Harry's arrival at their house. Ron wasn't sure how Harry would get there, considering how his aunt and uncle were very strict muggles who didn't want anything to do with the wizardry world, so it should be very difficult, but Harry promised, and Ron had known Harry for seven, long, fun years, and when he made a promise, he kept it.
"Ron, this place is a mess, since Harry should be arriving any minute, I suggest you tidy this place up" Mrs.Weasley said in a business like tone. "I basically have the whole house clean, except for your room, oh, and father is having some friends over for dinner, so when Harry is here I would like you two to clean out the back. Don't just stand there looking at the ground and shuffling your feet. Go, go go!"
Ron nodded and started upstairs. His room was clean for the most part, he just needed to make his bed. He began making it and before long it was done. He walked back and surveyed his room from the door. Too orange, but he liked it. The players on his Chuddley Cannons poster zoomed in and out of view, the quaffle flying back and forth, and occasionally the Snitch would appear, his room was different, but he liked it. He heard footsteps running down the hallway and the familiar chuckling, it was no-one else but his twin brothers Fred and George. He heard George's voice echo throughout the small house.
"Ron mum wanted me to tell you that Hermionie should be over too!"
Ron froze. Just hearing the name made him blush. Hermionie. For all these years he had a crush on her. It was so hard for him to mask the disappointment of when Harry and Hermionie were dating. It was hard on the couple when they broke up, but all three of them are still great friends, which is good. Suddenly the familier chime broke his thoughts.
"Oh Ronnn, Hermionie is here."
