Daryl returns from the woods and furiously stomps his way over to Shane. Shane watches Daryl as he approaches him and he notices his arms & crossbow are covered in blood.
"Shit" muttered Shane as he quickly sprints over do Daryl. "What the fuck happened to you!?" screamed Shane.
Daryl ignores Shane and barges past him.
Shane grabs Daryl by the throat and pushes his back onto his car. "Tell me... what.. h" "I cant find her" growled Daryl. "An' if Carol see's me here without her again, I can't deal with her shit no more."
Shane released Daryl's throat and they stared directly into eachothers eyes. "Your not gonna like this." hissed Shane "Shes dead! Why can no god damn person open their eyes and see that already" Shane screamed.
Daryl dropped his crossbow and pushed Shane to the ground. "I know she is fucking dead but I don't wan' her to be, there's a chance!" Snapped Daryl
Shane sits up and takes off his shirt
"Lets get you cleaned up, can't have th' group seein' you like this" Shane reluctantly begins to wipe Daryl's hands with his shirt. Daryl was staring at the ground, trying not to make eye contact with Shane.
"So... you gonna tell me what happened out ther'?" Shane said with deep consideration in his voice. "I saw two walkers..." Daryl began "I los' my shit, teared them open with ma bear hands... I needed to know if she was...d..d" Daryl sputtered. Shane interrupts Daryl before he can continue "You ain't leavin' my sights for more than 5 minutes no more, you're losin' it man, you can't keep goin' out alone, anythin' or anyone coulda snuck up on you. I know your a great survivor, hell, better than I could ever be." Shane pled "You're stayin with me from now on" Daryl gazes into Shanes eyes and snarls "Whatever." Daryl huffed.
Shane finishes cleaning the blood from Daryl's arms and looks at his once black shirt and tosses it on the ground.
"I'm gonna hav' to go find a new shirt I can have from th' house" Shane begins to walk away before Daryl grabs his shoulder. "You said I was a better survivor than you, i'ma change that" Daryl interrupted "There's hours of daylight left, you don't need to worry about no damn shirt, le's go now."
Shane nods at Daryl and they begin to walk off into the forest, together.
