Ok… so this is my first one-shot…

I thought of this when hearing Aunt Wu's prediction for Sokka

(Inner Writer Self) OMG! She is totally hinting at Sokka's issues with Yue and Suki!

So… I couldn't help but write this…

This is when Sokka talks to Yue through Kenna in my Fanfiction Zuko's Soulmate… check it out!

I dedicate this to SarahELupin for adding me to her Favorite stories list… Hope you like it!

Sokka's POV!

Yue materialized into view and she was even more beautiful than I remembered.

"Yue…" I whispered

She stared at me, "Why did you have her call me here?"

"I needed to talk to you about something…" I said

"Is this about Suki?" she asked

"Yes…" I admitted

"Do you remember the prediction that Aunt Wu gave you?" she asked

"Maybe… but what does that have to do with this?"

"Remember it…"

I sat in the room waiting agitatedly for my stupid sister to get back from the crackpot prediction.

Aunt Wu entered with Katara in hand.

"Who's next?" she asked

Aang didn't volunteer like I thought he would so I said "I guess it's me then…"

"You will be in pain and anguish your whole life, most self inflicted" she said

"You didn't even do a reading!" I exclaimed

"I didn't need to; it was written all over your face."

"You shouldn't blame yourself for what happened to me…" she said

"But it's true, it happened because I couldn't protect you."

"No, it was my destiny… It was my destiny before I met you… and it would have happened even if I hadn't met you…"

"You really think that?" I asked

"I don't think that, I know that… My father saw that…"

"You will always be the best thing that ever happened to me…"

"Same with me…"

"So… are you angry that… Suki…and I…"

"Love each other? Of course not! You deserve her, and she deserves you… You will always deserve love, and if you let what happened between us keep you from Suki that prediction will come true. I can't let myself keep you from love, even if I wanted to."

I felt tears come to my eyes, "Still, I would feel better if…"

"I gave you my blessing? I would be honored to!"

She spoke with an eerie beauty, "May kind spirits lead you both down the unknown road of the future and help you down that path. May you both protect each other in times of need and sorrow. May friends and family stand by your side as you say 'I do'. This blessing I give to thee." She smiled

"Thank you, you have no idea how much that means to me…"

"Sokka, I need you to understand something…."

"What?" I asked

Her eyes watered, "This is the last time we'll see each other, and this is our final goodbye."

I cried even more, "I'll always remember you…"

"As will I…"

She kissed me. It was nothing like the passionate kiss we shared at the North Pole, but it meant so much.

She faded back into the moon.

Kenna looked at me in a daze.

"Thanks, I needed that." I said

I walked back to my tent and broke down into silent sobs.
