It is a dark stormy day as a young man in his thirties stands outside a abandoned school memories flooding his mind almost bringing tears with them. The man is Kurosaki Kensuke who had survived the hell that was Heavenly Host Elementary. He went on to become a big time baseball player and moved away.

When he had heard that Kisaragi had been abandoned and left to decay Kensuke decided it was time to face his past and visit the dilapidated school. Kensuke took a deep breath as he slowly walked through the doors.

Once inside he makes his way to where each of his friends had died laying a single rose on the ground in memory of them. Kensuke can not help but pause as he places each rose, letting his eyes close and the memories of each of his friends race through his mind. Each rose he lightly kisses and as tears fall he calls out to his departed friends telling them he will never forget them.

Kensuke tries to dry his eyes as he takes a deep breath having one left….the hardest one of all….Kizami Yuuya. He stands at the door to the science lab for what seems like hours before getting the nerve to finally enter.

What Kensuke saw surprised him as there against the wall stood like a perfect statue an anatomical model. It was not the model itself that startled him as he expected it in the science lab, but he did not expect for it to resemble his beloved friend. The sight took his breath away as he stared and more tears fell.

Kensuke slowly made his way to the model having to step over debris left from the last students to occupy that room. He feels like he is being watched as his hand reaches up to lightly stroke the normal looking cheek. Kensuke thinks he is losing his mind in his grief as he embraces the model crying Yuuya's name over and over.

It takes a little bit for Kensuke to pull himself together but when he does he places in the hand of the model a beautiful blackish red rose after kissing it, whispering Yuuya's name once more.

Kensuke sighs staring at the rose. "I always felt you watching over me like you were right beside me pushing me to go on. I never despised you for what you did." His hand raises to rest over his stomach as he remembers being stabbed. "You could not finish it…you ended up saving me. You proved you were not the monster that your siblings said you were, that you had a heart. I always knew that, I could see in you what others could not or refused to."

Kensuke pulls from his pocket the class ring that once belonged to his best friend. "I want you to know I never forgot you, I never got over you either. I have never been with another as no one could match up to you. I know you hated these words….but I loved you and still love you."

He sighs slipping the ring on his own finger and with a shake of his head he says out loud, "I know you most likely can not hear me but if perchance you do just know I will stay loyal and remember you till I take my last breath. I hope one day we can be reunited. I just want to see the light in your eyes, your smile once again."

His watch beeps at him reminding him of the time as no one wants to be in that school after dark. Kensuke leans in to place a soft kiss on the surprisingly soft lips of the model before turning and quickly making his escape from the school. In his haste to escape he did not notice the models eyes move to follow him or the slight upturn of its lips in a smile.
