He'd only been on this campus for a few weeks and there'd already been a rash of dicks getting their just deserts. Gabriel would have given himself a pat on the back if he hadn't just found another victim alone in the dimming light behind the dorms.
Swirling his lollipop in his mouth Gabriel thought the girl most certainly didn't seem the happiest, sitting haphazardly on the ground sporting bruises and blood with her things spread out around her from when her bag seem to have ripped or most likely, been ripped.
But Gabriel was a sucker for helping the helpless and punishing dicks, so, he'd been a good little angel and picked up her stuff while she stared off into space, seemingly ignorant of the blood dripping from her face onto her nice, white jacket as well as the strange janitor grabbing up all her things.
As he set her possessions beside her on the ruined bag he frowned and waved a hand in front of her face a few times, he even poked her only to receive the same reaction, that is- none. Gabriel sighed and snapped his fingers in front of her face with a bit of pagan magic.
She blinked ever so slowly.
In no apparent hurry, she turned her head to him slowly, craning her neck to look him in the eyes. She blinked once more.
"Are you alright?" He asked the girl. Gabriel might have used more magic to check if she was concussed and maybe heal her a bit more if it weren't for the almost unnaturally intense focus in her eyes. She gave a moment to take stock of herself before answering.
"I'm... fine-" she drawled finally. Noting Gabriel's deadpan expression she grimaced slightly "Simply... working up the energy to stand." As though she hadn't been unresponsive and staring creepily at the pavement for the last ten minutes. Gabriel shot her another unimpressed look for her troubles.
"Your brand new shiners, bloody nose and-" Gabriel stooped down to pick something up "-missing tooth say otherwise. You need to go to the hospital?"
The girl eyeballed the tooth in his hand and Gabriel watched the girl work her jaw for minute, presumably to look for the missing tooth, before she blinked again.
"That," She gestured sluggishly to the not so pearly-white "-it's not mine." Gabriel paused.
"Oh." Glancing from the tooth to the girl Gabriel shrugged, tossing the chomper over his shoulder and concluding that perhaps this girl didn't need as much help as he'd thought.
Of course, that wouldn't stop him from exacting some sweet, sweet revenge on her behalf.
