Annabeth POV

Percy and I have made up from our fight. Of course, I have put forth a few conditions. He is only allowed to have one small cup of coffee in the morning, and he only gets candy on special occasions. He is going crazy from sugar-deprivation. I'm enjoying myself.

Percy POV

Annabeth is being cruel. Last night, I tried to sneak some candy out of the nearest grocery store (out of pure desperation, mind you), and I almost succeeded, if it wasn't for Wise Girl. She showed up just as I was sneaking out, sharpening her knife, and made me surrender the skittles. I WILL plot my revenge. She has gone WAY too far, depriving me of any form of sugar...

Thalia POV (she didn't join the Hunters)

Annabeth should watch her back at this point. Percy's going off the deep end, although his dental health is definitely improving. Let me put it this way, sugar-deprived Percy=Percy who is plotting a nasty revenge.

Common POV

Mysteriously, Percy was not seen in training for several weeks after the skittles incident, though he still attended meals. Annabeth was a bit worried after a month of no training.

"I think I'll go check on him. Tell Chiron why I'm gone if he asks, okay?" She said to Malcolm, her fellow cabin mate. He nodded, and she headed towards the Poseidon cabin. Inside, she found a terrified, sobbing Tyson.

"Big bull-man took Percy! We must make the bully go BOOM!" he sobbed.

"The Minotaur's got Percy?! WHAT?! Where is he, Tyson?" she cried.

"Lightning god cabin..." he sobbed some more. Annabeth ran towards the Zeus cabin so fast, she knocked over innocent campers. It was eerie and white inside, like always, but that wasn't what she was paying attention to. Right next to her, a terrified voice screamed. Percy's voice.

"Annabeth! HELP!" he yelled.

"Percy! Are you okay?!" It was a stupid question. He clearly wasn't. He didn't answer. She ran further in. A huge shadow was dancing on the wall. It had horns. Annabeth took a second to ready herself for a fight, and unsheathed her knife.

"Let him go!" she shouted fiercely, as she entered the main room. Her jaw dropped at what she saw. Percy, laughing hysterically and looking extremely frightened at the same time, holding a very realistic-looking Minotaur PUPPET.

"PERCY?! SEAWEED BRAIN?! WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON?!" She looked livid. Percy had still not recovered from his laughing fit, so he talked between peals of laughter.

"The...look...on...your face...priceless..." And then he recovered. His face immediately morphed into a fearful and apologetic mask.

"You deprived me of any form of sugar." he said, as if that explained everything.

"Oh, you're going to be deprived of MUCH more than sugar after this, like life..." Percy's fearful expression won over.

"Come on, Annabeth, it was just a joke..." he pleaded.

"JUST a JOKE?! Do you KNOW how FAST my heart was pounding?! I could have had a heart attack for all you know!" she yelled at the top of her lungs. Percy whimpered and shrunk into a corner. It was amazing how chicken the guy who saved the world could be when faced with a furious girlfriend.

"Will 'I'm really sorry and you are an amazing architect' work right now?" he said in a small voice. Annabeth took several deep breaths and counted to ten before she trusted herself to talk without yelling.

"I will not kill you just yet. But you will get a punishment, Seaweed Brain." Her old nickname for him calmed both of them down.

"What is it NOW?" he moaned.

"No going to the beach or eating ANYTHING that has sugar for a YEAR." she said smugly.

"Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!"
