a tender boy at a tender age
he lives with his mother and father
his mother he fails
his father he fears
he hides in his room from their fights
a loving mother but a torn up wife
she died in misery
her son stood still
in wide eyed fear
as he blows out his own father's brains
an unknown orphan on an unknown street
he looked at the blood on his hands
he lifted them up
and tasted the blood
he smiled, oh what a fine wine
a crowded cell with another fight
someone wanted him to laugh
a knife in his mouth
a rip of the flesh
now he smiles forever on end
a dangerous drug that's a cause for fear
the crow laughed sadistically
a rush of emotion
so violent and true
he laughed at the things he feared
a masked crusader in the dead of night
oh how heroes must fail
he pushes and prods
and waited for the fall
but no, he's met an unbeatable force
a broken man with a broken mind
he giggles inside of his cell
some heroes may fall
but others will not
this, my friend, makes him smile
Okay, so I didn't like the first draft I put up here, so I decided to rewrite it. For anyone who's interested, the first draft is "Chapter 2". It's okay, but this one seems to flow better for me. Anyway! Hope y'all enjoyed and drop a review by! :D
