A/N: I have the second part of my final tomorrow. It's on Macbeth and while watching Chuck the other night and (not) studying, this idea came to be. I've never written Chuck fiction before, so I hope it's okay. :-]

This begins right after Chuck Vs. Santa Claus, when Chuck and Morgan are sitting on the Buy More counter.

Disclaimer: I don't own anything.

Lady Macduff

"You know," Morgan said. "I kind of feel like Lady MacDuff right now."

"Macbeth, Morgan? Are we in high school? You're a man now, remember?"

"Man… right." Morgan said to himself.

"And didn't Lady Macduff die?"

"I meant, the fact that she hated her husband because he left her at the castle, while he went to get Malcolm."

"You've read Macbeth?" Chuck was confused. Morgan didn't read. Well, he read. Hacks and shortcuts, instruction manuals, and Gamer Magazine… he didn't read Shakespeare.

"There was some 'Speare Manga in the book section, when I was trying to avoid working the other day…"

That made sense.

"Wait." Chuck remembered something. "Didn't MacDuff leave, because he had to get Malcolm and some aid, because Macbeth was becoming like super corrupt? Macduff had good reason to leave."

"You think Anna didn't mean to hurt me? I mean, she kissed Lester! Lester!" Morgan cried.

"I think…" Chuck sighed. "She had a legit reason."

Did Sarah have a legit reason too?

"Huh." Morgan stoked his wanna-be beard like he was the Godfather or something. "You think?"

Fin.
