Zoro smiled as he saw Robin grab Luffy's hat and pass it around the ship, just out of his reach every time he went to grab it. Sanji saw Zoro's expression and raised a curly eyebrow at him. "Hey marimo, what're you smiling at?" He asked. "You happy is like Luffy having a good idea, really rare if not impossible." Zoro narrowed his eyes at that and turned his shoulder on the chef. Luffy dove for the hat and almost got it before robin flicked her wrist and the hat went flying into Zoro's lap, causing Luffy to crash into the side of the sunny. Luffy scowled and Zoro winked at Robin, before tossing the captain his straw hat.

"Nice catch." Robin commented as she walked over to Zoro. "Never seen you smile like that before; thought I might as well let you join in the fun."

Zoro just shrugged. "Well it killed boredom I guess..." She rolled her eyes and her lips turned up at the corners forming a small smile, and she had to bite her lip to stop from grinning. "What?" he asked when he saw Robin smiling.

"You always try so hard not to bond with anyone, why is that?" she asked. Her smile had gone and her eyes were full of concern. "I mean, you really seem to dislike me."

Zoro sighed and moved his katanas so she could sit by him. "First, I don't bond with people because it hurts too much when they're gone. Second, I don't hate you. You're my nakama and despite what it seems, I like you." His expression was one she'd never seen on him before, and Robin blushed a little bit, which was completely out of character.

"Good because... I like you too." Robin replied and Zoro smiled back slightly, getting up and offering her a hand. He led her into her cabin, before sitting next to her on the bed.

"Define 'like'." Zoro asked, and to prove her point, robin rolled her eyes and pressed her lips to his. Zoro's eyes closed, and he kissed her back sweetly. He tangled his fingers in her long black hair and she stroked his neck, edging up to his wild, green hair. He kissed down her neck and reached her collar when Nami -Robin's roommate- walked in. She went silent -her eyes wide open in shock. Zoro let his mouth part from Robin's, and just glared at Nami, who pretended to gag.

"I came in to get my maps, and found the two least likely people to fall in love kissing on my bed!" Nami moaned, and Zoro kept his arm around Robin's neck, holding her so that her body was pressed against his. She reached up and stroked his cheek gently, forcing him to look down at her lovingly.
