A/N: Story takes place a couple of months after FT disbanded.

Chapter 1

Lucy sat on a large smooth rock in the middle of a large pool of water, listening to the sound of the water crashing into the pool from the waterfall behind her.

She had discovered this place a couple of weeks after leaving Magnolia, though it was only a few miles from the outskirts of the city that once housed the strongest Wizard Guild in all of Fiore.

For a long time Lucy sat there, watching the fresh water fish swim about, lips twitching as a single fish was bold enough to suckle at her fingertips that had been slightly dipped into the water's surface, before swimming away after stating its curiousity.

After Tartaros happened and Master Makarov disbanding Fairy Tail, Lucy was at a point in life in which she felt she had no idea what to do with herself. Though she didn't want to admit it aloud, she knew deep in her heart of hearts that the cause for this suffering was because of her sacrifice.

Lucy gave a deep sigh before getting up from her resting place and diving deep into the water. Eyes closed, she was only faintly aware of the shimmering light gleaming off of the top of her chest.

The Celestial Spirit King placed his open palm above Lucy's prone form "I bestow upon you a blessing from the Celestial World, in acknowledgment of your greatest sacrifice….dear old friend"

Lucy faintly opened her eyes and locked gazes with the piercing stare of the Spirit King "A...Aquarius..?"

"Rest now, old friend." The Spirit King watched as her eyes filled with unshed tears and drifted shut before allowing the glowing power from his hand flow from him and cocoons Lucy in a warm soft glow before removing his hand and disappearing soundlessly.

A dark blue mark, reminiscent of the tattoo on Aquarius' chest, was left behind in place on Lucy's own chest in the same place as her dear friend.

Lucy opened her eyes and remained underwater, amongst the fish, and let the tears in her eyes release themselves to blend in with the water surrounding her. I miss you…Aquarius.

A/N: This was stuck in brain for a while. Probably won't continue. But eh, we'll see.
