She moved in yesterday.

He woke up early, the Hokage wanted to discuss his next mission. He left the house without making a single noise so as not to wake her up. The meeting was not too long, so after an hour the last Uchiha was making his way through the (almost) lifeless Uchiha district. Finally having reached his house, he took off hisshoes in the genkan and put them aside neatly. He sensed the smell of cooking coming from the kitchen. He took a deep breath.

"Tadaima."

"Okaeri!"

A petite, pink-haired girl jumped out of the kitchen. She had an apron on and was holding a ladle in her hand. And she was giving him the sweetest, warmest smile he's ever seen. The raven haired man couldn't utter a word. His black eyes wide open, his mouth slightly agape. He felt the corners of his eyes getting just a tiny bit wet.

"I wanted to make something for breakfast, I hope you..."

But the girl couldn't even finish her sentence, because she was pulled into an incredibly strong hug.

"Sasuke-kun. What's wrong?"

"For twelve years I just wanted for someone to say that." He muttered into her hair.

"Hmm?"

"For twelve years I just wanted someone to welcome me back home."
