The first Zoro/Sanji poem posted on Fanfiction...i think.
I was looking through all the poems on One Piece and I couldn't find one so I thought I would publish one myself.
Enjoy!
*****
Ever since that day
When the golden sun
Matched your own
Silky hair,
I could not breathe
In that little room,
Sharing the same
Oxygen together.
The broad smile
That creeps on your
Face,
Is like the sea's calming
Blue.
Your limbs are
Feminine but strong
In their own way,
And your old habits
Will never die,
Easy or hard.
A God like you
Deserves only
The best.
But if I told
You my feelings,
The best you would
Not receive.
So I will stand
By you,
Fight with you,
And tease you
Like normal,
Just so you can
Find someone else who
Will truly love
You and give you
All that you
Should have.
I will be happy
Just to see that
Calming reflection
Of the sea on your
Face.
I do not care what
It is that makes you smile
Or cheer
Or laugh.
So then,
Once the ink
Runs out from this
Pen,
These words will be
Secured away
So that you will
Never read it,
Because if you do,
You will be broken
And I won't be
Able to fix that,
No matter what
Comforting words I
May say,
Or reassuring actions
I may make.
But heed these
Unspoken, unread
Words:
I will always love
You, from here
To the ends of the earth
And back again.
Zoro.
