"Dang!" Gunn exclaimed, bringing all heads in the office snapping around to follow his wide-eyed gaze.

"What is it?" Wesley asked. Then his breath left him in a whoosh. "Oh my," he breathed as his glasses began steaming up.

Gunn grinned. "Cordelia's dressing up again!"

"And leaving so little to the imagination," Lorne agreed approvingly.

"I don't know why she wears such things," Angel murmured. "Her shirts beg for a Vampire's attention - " He looked innocently around him as his friends doubled over with laughter. "What?"

"Isn't it obvious?" Lorne asked, rolling his red eyes at Angel's naivety. His green hand clasped his shoulder. "Allow me to translate for you, honey: She wants you." He pushed him to the door. "Now go get you some loving."

He, Gunn, and Wesley strained to follow Angel's movements. Gunn shook his head and groaned as Angel began to fumble again. "He's so lost!"

Wesley started cleaning his glasses, but Lorne stepped out after his friends. "Here, kiddies," he said, handing them two tickets. "Go have yourself a night on the town."

"But I can't - !"

"Hush," Lorne said, putting a finger to Angel's lips. "No protests out of you tonight." He winked at Cordelia as he thrust the tickets into her capable hands. "Don't let me down, Brown Eyes."

"Oh," she grinned, her hazel eyes sparkling joyously, "I won't!" She pulled Angel out the door.

"Ah," Lorne sighed happily, "young love!" Then his eyes turned heavenward. "Please don't let him screw this one up." He turned to face Gunn and Wesley's laughter and shrugged, still grinning, as he commented, "Well, you know Angel."

Still cleaning his glasses, Wesley chuckled. "Unfortunately, we do."

"Only a dead guy could ignore the Princess," Gunn agreed.

"Righto." All three hoped Angel would come through and give their Princess the happiness she deserved.
