Mordecai's Journal

February 21 2012,

Ten more months until the end of the world! Heh, I probably shouldn't kid about that though, after all if anything can go wrong at the park it does. Just like yesterday, I thought I'd do something special for Margaret after all she practically accepted the fact that I wanted to be "more than just friends" by setting my butt-dialed message as her ring tone, or so I thought. Anyway, I kind of fixed that song so it sounded less pathetic, and I thought I'd sing it to her at that pavilion Skips just fixed up. Rigby had set up the sound system for me and everything was going as planned. Actually Benson was cool with it cause it was drawing a crowd to the park.

Margaret brought Eileen so her and Rigby could hangout, not that he payed any attention to her. Rigby spent most of the time making weird faces at me which is why I think he's the reason my microphone was disconnected. When I went to sing no one could hear me and that lame song "Summertime Loving" came on. Margaret just shook her head and left with Eileen, I guess I blew it again. I am so ticked at him because he's the only one that didn't feel sorry for me, well other than Muscle Man.

"Sorry about the mix up Mordecai. You can head back home, Skips and I will clean this up." Benson said.

"Told you you'd mess this up bro. You know who else screwed things up without their girlfriend!" Muscleman teased.

"Um yeah, you did, remember?" I said not so amused.

"That was real low bro." He replied walking away with High Fives.

"Better luck next time Mordecai." Skips said.

"If there is a next time." I sighed to myself.

And then Rigby shows up grinning like he just accomplished a life time goal or something.

"Oh man did you see the look her face, you really blew it this time. But seriously man, you're better off without her."

"This isn't cool man, if you had something to do with this," Benson cut me off

"If he had something to do with this he's fired!"

Anyways, he ran off after that. I can't see what he possibly had to gain from breaking Margaret and I up like that.

Rigby's Journal

February 21 2012,

I feel so sorry for Mordecai cause I really had nothing to do with what happened at the pavilion. It was one of those freak accidents that always happen around here, and by the way if I haven't written about this before, I think Doug has broken out of prison. With Doug back in the picture I'd have some competition too. Someday Mordecai will see he doesn't need Margaret I've been here for him the entire time.

PS: Eileen would make a great best friend, but seriously and beautiful as she may be I couldn't envision spending as much time with her as I already do with Mordecai.
