A/N: Oh my God. I seriously can't breathe right now. Message, so we can talk about this chapter because, frankly, I need someone to talk about this with.
She smiled, sweetly, and yet, he couldn't see it. She frowned and a part of her hated herself for trying to get him to smile through sight.
"Is...your hair up?" The question took her by surprise.
"I've actually cut it short again," She could have sworn she heard a chuckle from him.
"I'll miss seeing it..." She quickly searched for some to brighten his mood.
"You can still touch it though," She regretted saying it as soon as she had spoken it, for his hand had slowly reached out, but then he retracted.
"I'm afraid I can't see where it is,"
"Find it then," His hand reached out once more and it landed on her cheek. She stifled the urge to back away. His hand grazed slowly across her cheek and traveled to the base of her neck. She stiffened under his touch, but soon relaxed when he threaded his fingers through her hair.
"It's still a shame I can't see it," There was the slightest upturn of the corners of his month.
A/N: This was actually just to get my mind off this chapter. I really can't stop crying.
