So, I gave Alec an obsession. I get the feeling some of you won't like it, but it made me laugh to write it. The first three lines and all the characters belong to Cassandra Clare, and the... obsession belongs to Disney. I sat in my Bedroom listening to the songs on my iPod. Funness. So... Enjoy! XD

If you're afraid of a few Forsaken, by all means stay home,' he said softly.

Alec went white. 'I'm not afraid,' he said.

'Good,' said Jace. 'Then there's no problem, is there?' He looked around the room. 'We're all in this together.'

Isabelle giggled, and Alec glared at Jace. Clary was confused.

'What?' She asked.

'Nothing,' Alec said quickly. 'Just Jace being Jace.' Jace raised his eyebrows.

'How quickly you dismiss your relationship.'

'Relationship?' Clary enquired again.

'He thought it was a fairy tale, a dream when he's not sleeping.' Jace 'explained'.

'A wish upon a star, that had just come true!' Isabelle chimed in.

'Could someone please explain to me what you are all talking about?'

'Jeesh, Clary. Get'cha head in the game!'

'Alec has got a confession.' Hodge said.

'A secret obsession.'

'It's a secret he needs to share!'

'No No No Nooooo!' Alec shouted, and stormed out of the room.

'Wow.' Said Hodge. 'Way to Stick to the Status Quo.'

Alec and Isabelle had both collapsed in hysterics onto the floor.

'What are you on about?!' Clary yelled, almost as annoyed as Alec had been.

Hodge sighed. 'High School Musical?'

'What about it?'

'Alec had an… obsession with it. When he was younger.'

'Oh. Okay. Good to know.'

Later

'Alec?' Clary asked, knocking on his door.

'Go away!' He groaned.

'No, I'm serious, Alec. I need to ask you something.'

He flung open his door.

'What?'

'What's High School Musical?'

Alec fainted.
