5 minus 2 equals a heart that lied,

which leaves wounds opened wide.

3 plus 3 equals 6 so clear

Who never trembles when 7 is near.

And, 5 plus 2 equals 7:

A Goddess sent to us from heaven.

But 7 plus 1 equals eight, indeed:

A mind that would not grow, still a seed

Instead, 7 plus 2 equals 9,

Yes, that number sounds fine.

Now, keep up, 'cause 4 follows 3

Who are always together, you see.

9 numbers, infinite equations,

That bring screaming fangirls to elation.

So, stand clear, stand back,

And beware the slash fan attack.

An Explanation Is In Order!

1st and 2nd lines: These lines reference the 5/2 pairing of 5 attempting to pursue 2 who lies to himself about his feelings for 5 until it's too late, leaving 5 to mourn what could have been.

3rd and 4th lines: 3 + 3 – definition doubled – is the loss of six's mind due to over-thinking his visions, but the following line shows that he feels safe and stable with 7. A reference to the 7/6 pairing.

5th and 6th lines: These represent the 2/5 pairing where love is equally felt and accepted, lending courage and bravery – something 7 stands for – to the two. Also, 7 is a goddess. X3

7th and 8th lines: This shows my distaste for a pairing instead of support. XD 1/7 – if it ever finds a niche in this fandom – will never fly with me. 8, of course, represents stupidity in this case. How I feel about the pairing. ^^; However, it also doubles in showing my slight support of 8/1.

9th and 10th lines: These show my rather stoic level of interest in 9/7. It's there, it's cute, it's semi-canon, but do I care? X3 Not really. Oh, but the numbers are representing Savior plus Definition equals Justice – something I think 7 stands for.

11th and 12th lines: Well, when counting, of course, 4 always follows 3. A support for the "twincest" pairing of the two, sort of.

13th – 16th lines: A warning that should be heeded by fandoms everywhere! X3 Even though several pairings weren't slash, I just like the slash pairings more.
