Inspired by real life events. Events that are really beginning to make me angry. I had to get it off my chest. So, it's Daiken as I said I'd write lots of that. Not my best work, but what're you gonna do? I don't own Digimon.

STORM

Daisuke has time to kill.

How long exactly has he spent in that toilet cubicle? Long enough to have missed something important, no doubt. Pity. He's been meaning to try and boost his grades a bit.

He kicks the door and thinks of Ken. It isn't fair. If it was any one of the others that fancied him, it wouldn't be an issue. They had been all like 'Ooooh, you like Ken!' when Miyako had fancied him. But with him it's more a case of 'You're not allowed to like Ken. Go die in a hole.'

It surprises Daisuke, who usually praises them because of how accepting and nice they are. He hadn't imagined they could be so…well, bitchy.

Always one sided. Maybe they just don't like him. Or maybe they think he's being a man slag for moving on from Hikari so quickly. But it's not like he can help it. He likes who he likes, and that's that. It's really none of their business.

Except Ken's, of course. But Ken doesn't really seem to mind. In fact, Ken has been more open with him since the others started their grumbling parade. He probably pities Daisuke. To Daisuke, this is a good thing; he thinks he deserves a bit of pity every now and then.

"Daisuke? Are you in here?"

The voice is a welcome one, so he unlocks the door of his cubicle.

Poor Ken looks concerned, but Daisuke isn't having it; Ken isn't allowed to have any worries. He gives his best friend a hug. He just wouldn't tell the others.

There. That feels a bit better. Review?
