Since the beginning of time, it seems that Agatio has been one for controversy. People just can't seem to decide on the color of the poor guy's hair! Seriously! Usually, artists portray it as orange, or purple, or gray, maybe green, sometimes white, etc, etc. This poem is a shout-out to those artists, and how Agatio's hair was once a source of confusion.
It's purple, it's yellow
It's orange or blue.
No, wait, it's lavender,
Or a shade like ecru.
Well I say it's green-
No, pink, red or beige.
It's the color of fires
that burn in my rage.
Some say it's white,
While others say teal.
But all these colors
I just don't feel
Can describe, adequately
The sound of the thunder
At the end of your life
As he tears you asunder.
And the last thing you see-
Oh! Do I dare?
It's the very last thing,
Well, it's his hair.
By the way, the correct answer is in line 3.
