(I don't own the Legend of Zelda Games, the people who make them, or the company. This is a poem I wrote about a dream I once had. It's a bit sad, in my personal opinion. Critique me gently!…. Please, do enjoy. In this dream, Zelda was an angel, and Ganondorf was a mega uber evil demon! Read to find out what happened.)

Upon the broken chained wings of her

The candle flickers, the dream's a blur

How can one stand such torture and pain?

This princesses' loss is HIS own gain

The demon strikes, the princess falls

I hear the cries, I hear it all

Hyrule has fallen, and so has she

The only witness to this murder is me.

No one can see me, I cannot explain

How am I to tell them the princess was slain?

They do not know, I cannot tell

Hyrule was plunged into its own Hell.

The skies, they darkened

The people despaired

My eyes cannot see

Just what all went on there

No one ever found out!

No one ever knew,

My despair, dear reader,

I shall now share with you.

I saw the murder

I saw the fall,

I saw all those tears

It's true, I saw all.

The hero was slain

The princess was too

I could not be seen,

There was nothing I could do.

I thought this was true

Until I was found out

That the demon could see me,

I had to get out.

I awoke from the dream

Wondering why I didn't try

As the angels fell

Right from Hyrule's sky.
