Jay Jay, Snuffy, Herky and Tracy were on their way to Skylandia once more. Their friend Prince Duffy had invited them there earlier that morning for a visit- plus Tracy, Herky and Snuffy had yet to meet Jay Jay and Orland's lookalikes- Ray Ray and Brooklyn.
They had been very excited about this and had taken on the opportunity.
...
After a long flight through the wind spout, Jay Jay and the others found themselves in Skylandia. Big Jocko, the guard, welcomed them all back before directing them to the throne room, where the rest of their Skylandian friends were waiting for them.
"Welcome back friends!" Their royal friend greeted.
"Hello your highness."
"I'm so glad you could make it back to Skylandia once more." The prince said warmly. "Now as you are aware of already I invited you here to..."
Whilst the prince was talking, Snuffy saw a glazed round doughnut on a silver tray. It looked delicious. Snuffy knew that Herky would love it, as doughnuts were one of his favourite things.
So when no one was looking, Snuffy taxied up to the doughnut and swiped it. Making sure it was hidden; he sneaked back to the others.
He saw that the others were having social time with Ray Ray and Brooklyn.
...
This happened for about ten minutes before disaster struck.
Prince Duffy glanced at the silver tray and saw that the doughnut was missing.
"Where is the doughnut?" He asked.
Snuffy knew what he was talking about, but the others had no idea there had even been a doughnut in the room to begin with.
"What doughnut?" Herky asked.
"What did it look like, Your Highness?" Inquired Tracy.
"It was round and glazed. I saw it was here before you arrived, so I know it's still here."
Snuffy said nothing.
But eventually the guilt was too much for him and he knew he should say something.
"It was me."
"You, Snuffy?"
"Yes- I'm sorry, Your Highness. I didn't mean any harm I just wanted to surprise Herky."
Herky was surprised.
"But I felt wrong for doing it."
"Well, I'm just glad you owned up." Said the Prince.
So Prince Duffy gave another doughnut to Herky on Snuffy's behalf, and Snuffy returned the other doughnut.
From then on, Snuffy learned that honesty was always the best policy, no matter the scenario.
